This was help. As of lately I have gotten the first 3 negative comments . My cookies were too sweet cookies too salty then my cakes not done. I’ve been baking for one year and these are the first . I almost wanted to cry and quit. This was very encouraging

This video is still very helpful! I just recently got my first negative review regarding the taste of my red velvet cake. I was freaking out and was also confused because my red velvet cake I gave to my mom and she loved it (she’s a red velvet fanatic) But I responded professionally and took accountability!

I think it is important to remember that "the customer is always right" refers to matters of taste - If they want a giant pink cake covered in clowns for their batch or party, they are right, even though that is clearly hideous and unattractive... but they are not necessarily right by default on things like cost or execution of the contract. In such cases, you have to default to your business contract and if they aren't satisfied and choose to slander your business name online, you simply have to respond as a business (NOT as an individual, even though they will inevitably get personal). If they do personally insult you, many review websites have protocol for removing slanderous reviews (libelous... )

I just now got a review regarding the cream being less sweet and some weird taste... they didn't mentioned properly... I just recently started my homebased cake business. I was worried about it... and I was feeling really bad... thank god i searched and reached to your video!! Your video just calmed me down. I felt like you were telling me and guiding me. THANK YOU! I am gonna call them in the morning and get all the specifics they had issue with and will post in the comment if I need your help
