Dz 7 run in an oval pattern. I did this method within 4 hours me and my group got 2 houses drop each. Run with an 6 piece Banshee Shadow and exotic/classified chance is increased another 2%. Effective as hell may I say.

Hey if you're still playing Division 1, hunt down all the bosses in the open world while on server Tier 5. I got The House from that. After you killed all of them and still didn't get the house, wait 4 hours for the bosses to spawn again and try. You won't get it the first run, unless you're very lucky...

Exactly....This has always been the problem for the entire existence of Division. When this game first came out and Marco did the best in slot mods...he had Headshot mods all over his weapon. Head shot based Muzzle, Headshot based Scope....Us on console has always benefit more from specking into Crit. We always have better Console PVP gun fights with Crit mods. Same as now...on PC....they can get away with 4k, 5k, and 6k stam with Headshot based weapons....Us console players speck a little more into stam and go crit when possible.

I would have to disagree with the initial post

To be honest and i don't know if most players remember this set, but i think the house was meant to be used with the SEEKR gear set Massive pullled from the PTS back in the day that would have paired godly with the fact The House deals huge body shot damage. Same way the Urban MDR was meant to be used with the BLIND gear set before Massive changed it to the Banshe set we know today.

Marco, could you perhaps make a video telling which REGULAR gear sets are the best to use right now? I’m busy with college so I don’t have a lot of time to grind the classifieds, but I do have every regular gearset in the game. Or perhaps you could make a build video using just original gearsets, like the basic tacticians set or the basic DeadEYE set.

MrNaichwersonst, I mostly do solo, apart from the occasional single player romp with some friends, always in the single player world, as I just don’t find the DZ Interesting right now, and I do a mix between aggressive & defensive, so that really doesn’t matter.

People be commenting before they even see the video😂👌🏻. Nice video as always man, a long time fan and I’ve usually agreed with most of the suggestions you’ve made. I do think the House is solely great in it’s field, such as the D3-FNC set relying on a high damage SMG. So it is still useful to pick up and get some useful talents on one. There’s just no use for it outside of it specific field.

Guys, I think the real take-away here is that the best weapon to use is obviously Midas- Okay, but in all seriousness, just let Marcyman use whatever weapon he wants to. If you have a suggestion or idea for him, it's most likely that he won't ignore if you do not call him "stupdi" or an idiot in the same comment. TL;DR Marco should play what Marco wants, you play what you want, Golden Rhino is best.

As much as I love my fully optimized House, you just talked me into trying the LWM4. Great video.

Another excellent video. I've grown to love the m4 with my striker build even more than the lvoac.

In PC is everything easier, from aiming or simply the management of the character in console is not so easy the gameplay and more with the standard controls

Hey man, first of all, really well made video, well thought-thru' aswel. It's nice to see people actually going deeper into the min-max of things instead of going a bit with the general flow. On the topic - I personaly run Class. Striker with G-36 and House - I do miss the bonus crit dmg on gloves due to that, so my overall DPS suffers slightly, but for PvE purposes I can still melt NPCs from any range pretty fast. The build is purely for PvE with max. armor reduction and stability + crit. Now shocker - I play on PS4 - with standard controller - no emulator bullsh1t and other fluffy stuff. Now yet another shocker - gameplay on console is totally different then on PC - I can clearly see it comparing your footage towards what I see every day on my TV (all HW bullcrap aside). The fundamental problem is the PS and PSN network making it alot harder to play Division on the console. As others mentioned, it's so hard to keep accuracy on console plus you have to factor in the constant delay, which is there, always - this makes the fights so bogus it's not even funny sometimes. For my playstyle, I do love taking down enemies from mid-range, wearing them down, having them to cover or use heals, but problem is, these days, 99% of PvP is about 4 retards jumping you in close-range where your accurace and aim with ARs suffers massively. That's why I run duo build with SMG dmg aswel, so I can always react to what's going on around me. ARs are very unreliable in these situations, so on PS, you're deffo letting yourself down playing without House, simply just by not using the OP perk it has to balance the delay and lower accuracy. Currently I'm building a proper Striker PvP set to survive in the DZ, but I doubt I'll be putting House away, I might aswel just go with AR as secondary even without the bonus dmg for AR's on gloves, just to still be able to reliably shoot NPCs from mid-range and harrass Rogues before they get to me. Simply put Division on PS and PC are comletely different games, just the same title. GL with future videos man. Peace. P.S. I do hope to get a viable Bullfrog and PvP rolled House this week from the Global event + finish my PvP Striker. Then I'll hopefully see some difference. But It will be hard to put aside my AR and possibly run with 2 SMGs.

I have my pred build with the house. My striker build is with the Bullfrog as a primary and showstopper as secondary and i love my build. So u see its all up to your play style. Thanks Marco for all the valued info.

Good to see I'm not the sole voice of reason. I have my 'primary' G36 or LW M4 in my secondary slot and my house on mega crit build in primary. Start at range with 2nd and roll to House (of if I decide to Rambo it and charge in).

Question... All my assault rifles have horrible accuracy and the mods that you show didnt have Stability on it.. But how is it so accurate? Yes I kno youre on PC but damn.. I just came back to the game in 1.8 from 1.5 and my ARs werent this bad.. Now they jump all over the place.

ever since I got back to 1.8 I havent not tried the Lightweight m4... I kno lightweights are top dogs too.. Ive been using the Pakan or w/e and the LVOAC and all have terrible stability to the point, if i dnt have stability rolled on the mods the recoil is insane.

I havent taken my talents to the DZ just yet mainly because of the gear set to being complete. And cuz i dnt feel confident in just using my House majority of the time and no Stable AR

then aim for the body. each shot might have less damage, but you are hitting more consistently which equates to a higher overall damage. you will get even less headshots with an smg over an ar, so your reasoning just doesn't make sense.

Another winner presentation, Marco. A question has been ripping through my head for a long time now and you are the man to answer it. Wouldn't it be better to use mods/options that ups the damage for any weapon you use, rather ones that increase damage for say, SMGs? Why not use something like Crit Hit Chance, Crit Hit Damage and maybe something like enemy armor damage or something similar. So, no matter what you fling at the enemy, they are being slug with practically equal damage. Love to hear your thoughts.

I love the run animation and compact frame of the SMGs, The House is so aesthetically pleasing even if I'd rather use more versatile weapons, the Showstopper suffers from this so much too

No it won’t unless the guy with the m4 has bad range it won’t. The house can’t do that much dmg from long range sometimes even medium range takes time

I only use house for my 10k crit banshee build for that little bit of extra chance so I can hit more crit's

Every death I have on skirmish is The House. I hate it. It offers flat damage boost and no trade off. Uncomplicated makes u sacrifice stability. Distracted only works in certain situations but card counter should lower your damage then raise it every 15 seconds.

Well you kinda don't need more stability since Striker gives you 30%. You can roll it even on your gear. Sucks that I have Bullfrog with bad talents (Deadly and Brutal)

After playing a few times with dual AR, AR/House, and dual House.... I agree with you on running AR's. I've built a 6K and 9K Stam Striker set with gloves based on AR DMG, Crit Chance, and Crit DMG. Better accuracy and you are able to gain the advantage on your opponent while they try to strafe or run in front of your face. Great video, late response! Have a great day!

I like how you broke everything down. Very logical and effective. I also love how this shuts down the "No house bad build" comments. I dislike how people just flock to one weapon and want to disregard everything else. Having a balanced view to things will get one much further in games, as well as in life.

I still think of having the house as one of my gun (when i have one of my own (if not nerfed by the time i get one)). The reason behind that is what you had mention in your video, having it as a secondary weapon for close range vs not having at all. I am trying to use other SMG, but not very effective in dealing with mobs because of not enough firepower to counter back. I usually go with my M4 and try to balance that out for close range and far distance range so i can get the damage i needed to win and stay alive vs being on the ground because of the firepower is too low. Anyways, i like your video and glad that i found your video.

I have a question for you.. I've been playing around with the LVOA on a few builds with some success. I've been pushing for max crit chance which is normally between 50 and 55% for my builds, but only around 20 or 30 and even lower for rifles. Does the added damage at range make up for the missed crit chance? I run pulse crit chance mods, with pulse I'm around 75% chance and 100 damage with SMGs. That seems like alot to give up for a little extra base damage. Just curious what your thoughts are

I'd love to have The House for my D3-FNC build but I've never seen an exotic outside a vendor. Definitely going to need to do more research and get my grind on.

I’m just coming back to the game. I haven’t played since about a week after Last Stand was released. At the time higher skill power (around 150K+) was necessary and anything above 280K toughness was viable. Is that no longer the case? Should I go for toughness over skill power now? I’m mainly using pred+striker+ninja or full exotics since those are the only viable builds I have right now.

This video also explains why I loved Lonestar + L86 during the Sentry shotgun meta. Everyone wants to get in close or run away but the L86 didn't care what range you were at it could put you down.

The rate of fire from the high velocity mag is the secret to running the house, especially if you are running Pred

Definitely going to start running two Lightweights, one with Competent Talented & Determined and the other with Competent Talented and Responsive. I was worried about running out of ammo, but you’re right it doesn’t make too much sense to use an SMG if you’ve already rolled the gloves for AR dmg Skill Haste and Crit chance

If you get the damage bonus on the gloves for a specific gun type the difference between the house and M4 on bodyshots should be a bit bigger. The 12% bonus on the house which already has .3K more damage than your M4 will become a slightly higher increase in damage compared to the M4. You could also test the house with something like deadly, and a fullSMG vs a full AR build.

I'm actually interested in seeing The House compared to other SMGs in the context of best for use in D3-FNC builds. I have a House, it rolled super low and I'm debating optimizing it but in the meantime I have a PP-19 with some respectable perks and some of its key advantages in a D3 Build are it's ammo capacity and its instant reload speeds - something I feel the house lacks even with a 100% mag, it can't come close to the 100 rounds a PP gets

I have a house with accuracy & deadly. But which house would be good for striker. A house with predatory & deadly. Or the one with accuracy.

I think the one issue that holds me back from using the house was easily explained in this video is the range however I would really like to make use of it inside of a PVE setting with responsive and deadly that I have rolled on it I kind of wouldn't mind trying it with a Predators Mark build however I wonder if Striker is better for PVE with the stacks or if Predator would just make for an interesting build

Hey I don't even play the division anymore but this video is 10/10, feel like the community always favours the SMG, always have. The tactical playstyle of keeping your distance from a enemies who 9 times out of 10 have an SMG, just makes sense.

You could also use the Urban MDR, since it counts as an assault rifle, and use it as a long-range sniper rifle.

I did my build based on SMGs, I play with Mouse so I use "The House" as secondary weapon with high CHD and "MP5" with high CHC and Unforgiving since vs Nomad players and their crazy procs I usually need the second SMG but since MP5 is 52% CHD (plus 8.5% from pulse) most of the hits are critical. I like my build and I feel confortable since I play mostly Last Stand and rarely Skirmish and many fights are long range. In addition in The House I use Red Dot's scope so I can use it in long range and miss less that just shooting like you did in this video.

What about using the LVOA-C instead of an M4 Lwght and how can you get both rpm and mag size at the same time?

Holy Shit, I think this might be the first time in a game where I came to a conclusion on my own that someone that is much better then me would say "Yes, You're correct". Was playing around with the house at near the beginning of the patch (Got kinda lucky) I kept coming into the situation you did even in Skirimish. Where the SMG was forcing me into postions where I HAD to get close and was taking a lot of damage to do so, so I went back to LWM4 as my default gun and using House(s) when the build actually needed them. So yeah, Thanks for this. It wasn't useful mechanically because I already came to this conculsion. Still, Nice to see the video because it validated my thought process to see that I didn't come about this from the wrong angle.

You think they need to change the weapon type damage attribute on the gloves to allow people to use different weapons instead of forcing them into one type for optimal damage?

I just want to know, why you prefer the M4 instead of the LVOA-C, both spec is almost identical, can let me know why you go for the M4? Any particular reason? Or it just personal preference?

Have you thought about a g36? With a 120percent mag and 5.50percent rate of fire they are absolutely brutal. I love the m4s but I'm falling in love with the g36 in this patch. Particularly with Nomad where dps can be an issue, especially for solo players. I get a lot of laughs, but I often have the last one. Very interesting video, with numbers to prove it. Thanks

Would using an m4 or lvoac as a primary and using a shotgun as a finish off face trade weapon work as well? I figure since your stacks are high that 12 percent extra wouldn’t mean as much on a shotgun that’s already putting in so much damage with stacks?

why many people use Loud vent brake ? Loud vent brake and SR-7 Suppressor it same or different ?

i just want to know what the best way to gear up for a player that hasn't played since the first two months of the game. The dark zone seems to be the best place but i always have someone come up right behind me or wait till i turn around and go rouge and murder me before i can do anything.

What about the ammo capacity issue? I find, in the DZ in particular, I run out of Ammo a lot if I only use one weapon type.

I have a question. I have one House fully optimized 286 and one that is 171. The one that is 171 can it be optimized to get to 286?
