I recently found you and started watching your build videos. Amazing stuff for someone getting back into division 2. I started in division 1 and was nuts over that game. When hunters was super broken in the dz. I took your framework for a hunter lady death build and combine it with in sync since I can't get a lady death to drop. Also just recently got pestilence and made a glass cannon build for that based on one of your builds. It's absolutely incredible. Keep up the good work man.

Good build. Don't sleep on 2 piece Douglas and Harding as an option. That 20% stability really tames the d50/liberty a lot. You can reliably stay on target from longer ranges. Also helps your other weapons as well. The famas feels really nice as a secondary now

Well stated brother. This is a very good build. I just put something very similar together just shy of the holster and specialization. I just got the apartment to drop so I popped it on to the build which is fun and does some decent damage, you can't beat that sadist paired with Wicked and Ridgeway's. Beautifully executed dude! Just gave me several ideas for another build.

I dont know if the outgoing healing applies to your armour kit being spread to your teammates but it does apply to whatever healing skill that you use on an ally. I run survivalist on my healer build because of the increased out going healing

This build is excellent for taking out the hunters, I run it with a sig mpx with sadist, the carnage, and a shock trap, get in close so ridgeway procs the bleed, use shield and D50 combo to finish the job. If the hunter goes for the mellee attack the shield can take it, awesome build that can be used for any content, thanks for the build. Now added the Shield Splinterer, for some perfect optimism!

Mp5 ST is my fave because you can use long bottom attachments like the 10% crit from firewall or the technician specialization attachment.

Nice build sir. 👍👍👍💯. I run firm handshake as well. But my build is more of a crit build with bleed. Anar cookb, frim hs, 2 other sokolov, 1 grupo. Im loving that mp5-n though. I need to get one now.

Nice vid m8....shame that they indeed don’t do anything to balance the PvP in this game. I also stopped playing bcs off all the skills builds/LD builds. I think you are 1 off the only content creators that still puts out some interesting videos for this game but in the end we know that the PvP just sucks. Keep it up though, happy to see that you r going towards the 10k subs mark. You deserve it for the content you bring.✌️✌️✌️🇧🇪

Can i get a quick opinion-answer? Is strained the best MK16 assault rifle talent? It has max ar-health-crit dam, so which talent would you recommend? In synch? Paired with obliterate?

Strained and In Sync are usually top of the pile for ARs, I’d go for the former personally. No worrying too much about proccing anything, just fire your gun and watch the damage go up. Sounds like a nice roll!

@@tommysuhlami6241 crit dmg is not a good attribute you should always aim for damage to targets out of cover or at least damage to armor, these are multiplicative and will help you much more than just 10% crit dmg which is additive

That’s a good question, I’d definitely go with less armor and not worry about the pistol side of the build. Last time I played Ridgeways in PvE I was trying it out with Hunters Fury which worked quite well

LOVE the build but i HATE bulwark shields and the D50 even more. I feel like they both slow me down. Any suitable substitutes you suggest?

That’s fair, I can agree with that. You can still run the same build without the shield and pistol, just make sure you have 4-5 blues and you’ll still melt with a well rolled SMG

My thoughts on status is you fight cheese with cheese. Not necessarily meaning you wear vile and a 6 skill tier build but ridgeways, stinger and status rolls sure help. Good twist to ridgeways.

Ya know, what if it was "place a 5 second bleed equal to 2x your weapon damage, to 2 enemies that are in the surrounding of your current engaged target." Meaning you shoot one guy, and 2 targets within 15 meters of that enemy shot, had a 5 second bleed applied. Im a genius i know.... Or 1.5 your weapon damage, because marksmen rifles.... Lol maybe im not a genius

In pve..I run and gun with 4pc eclipse protocol, ridgways and instead of perfectly wicked, I run the eclipse backpack with 1 pc golan.. 1.3 million armor 1 red core, 3 blu core, and 3 yellow cores with technican with sheild and foam launcher to stop bleed and melt em then any npc close is foamed rinse repeat....and also important the weapons...need the scorpio for secondary works great with eclipse talents... mpx with sadist is my primary...but a smg with sadist is a must...give it a try if u like run and gun..

Weapon damage = additive TOTAL weapon damage = multiplicative Of course amplified is also multiplicative damage but applied at the end of the equation for more damage

The Holy Hand Grenade Of Antioch same pool, so both should be additive to each orher, but I never tested it myself.

Hey fox can u post a video about the new glitches in pvp so developers notice Glitchs are : 1- shrapnel trap can be 1 shot even if it was teir 1 if the guy throw it on u while ur inside the red circle 2- u can put full stack of pestilence on the holograf of the enemy player decoy 3-can get tenacity eb buff by destroying the decoy specifically by shooting the red dot in the middle 4- ur name will Disappear if u hold the decoy in ur hand without throwing it Test them out in dz with ur friends

I've been running this I waiting to see if other people would I got 4 blues no d and h 3 percent armor regen and I'm Critting for 1.6 body shots with survivalist d50

Damn, I threw away an MP5-N last week thinking I didn’t need it because “I had an MP7 with sadist already”. I just sat for the last 15 mins and did the “total mag damage” for the MP7 vs the MP5-N vs The Apartment. MP5-N comes in first at a whopping total mag damage of 5,796,960, The Apartment comes in 2nd at a respectable 5,109,520, and the MP7 is third with a laughable 4,132,800. This is factoring the perfectly measured split and the +20% damage to bleeding enemies. The 40 mag size on the MP7 is what kills it. I’m off to farm for an MP5-N, and I’ll use The Apartment for now because it stonks.

Some good testing, love this! Yeah it is a great weapon

Nice build. Of course you have the ability to one shot an all red (or yellow) build but an all red build (I can't speak for all yellows- can't stand 'em) has the ability to melt this build from miles away. So to anyone calling this cheese, yeah maybe it is a bit, but it has pretty obvious counters. That said, sticky probably does need a range nerf.

My rule of thumb is, if a skill/weapon allows a low skill player to consistently kill high skill players with no effort, it’s cheese. EMP requires skill to use as you hip fire it. Burn sticky bombs one shot with insane aim assist from most ranges. THAT’S cheese

Stash full. toons backpacks full. Im now throwing away all SMGs except MP5N.. may the RNG be on my side

@@IamFox I tun the ridgeway with belstone/emperors, 2 Golan, and 1 fenris, with crit chance/damage everywhere and 5 armor corps. Got a god rolled honey badger With sadist. 6% armor regen in any fight with 50ChC and 160 CHD. It feels godly

Whilst those are both very powerful and used a lot for a reason, the MP5s high DPS with better than average handling and it my personal favourite. It’s a beast!

If Red Storm come back I’m really hoping that they do some big balance changes to encourage a lot of people to come back

Always great tutorials and content. But let's makes sure to mention ANY instanta kill nonsense COMPLETELY SUCKS whether it's reds or yellow builds. We know it is a problem at 30 level pvp(pre DLC) and a f%=$#ing cluster f\$k at 40 level pvp servers. You are correct reds build badass instanta kill "pros" from D1 no longer have meta status and can die asap soooo they no longer want to play Fallenaces D2/ nightcookie D1

I do have a question what are your thoughts on using the "dodge city holster"(if that's what it's called) for the build up of stacks for x2 damage which you would use alot since this is a stick n move build ? Also does your 1st shot on that holster still base off headshot dmg as it says in the writing of the gear or did they need that too ?

Absolutely! Everyone whines about someone using skill builds, but DPS builds ain’t much better. I’m actually hating The Division’s PvP far more than I despised Destiny’s PvP.

I love to sticky bomb in pvp skill builds are harder to play unless your hiding in a corner hidden away behind atrrets and stinger hives that’s lame af, IMO run and gun play is boring

I actually disagree with this, I found hiding back behind skills far easier than running and gunning. Each to their own though!

I hate getting killed with sticky bombs too, but without skills you might as well play COD. To quit because of the skill mechanics is just a lame excuse.

@@IamFox maybe. I just don’t think the abuse of skills is as bad as it used to be. Remember when warlords first dropped? It felt like there was a fire starter chem launcher in every conflict match, and that holster was the most toxic pvp item ever 😂 these days though, it’s mostly hives and sticky bombs, which are annoying but not exactly broken. Let’s just say I won’t be sad if they do get nerfed lol but I’ve learned to live with them.

This bullshit chestpiece is another example of the devs giving bots something to make them feel good

to many cheaters in dz. way to many and now they feel comfortable to join conflict as well...this game is dead.. no matter what build you have the cheaters will ruin your day. and ubisoft don't want toninvest anymore in this game. google ceats for division 2 and you will see how many younwill find. a guy was using cheats for 300 day's and he's stil playing now with ceats
