Pest DPS build with Memento is fun at the moment. Want to try pairing Ridgeway with Ongoing Directive as you would not be limited by range for the bleed, more of a hybrid/support build.

One piece grupo with skill dmg rolled skill tier. One piece providence perfect glass cannon with skill damage rolled skill tier. One piece ceska with skill dmg, leave weapons dmg. 3 pieces Hana U. All your pieces should have skill dmg on them. Make sure you run perfect combined arms. Run the harmony and the mechanical animal with technician for your specialization. Run assult drone and turret. It's my everything build. I can use it for all content. Legendary is a cake walk. I'm at 58.4 crit chance and 133.8 crit dmg. With the dmg increase from glass cannon and combined arms, it's fucking nutz. Do not spec into skill haste or skill duration. It's all about the crit chance and damage.

Honestly skill build was one of my first effective tools. I appreciate the insight dude. Truly been watching your content for great ideas. I noticed that named kard I got was excellent in heroic with a shield. I want to build a legendary pistol\shield build this could help me do that. Cheers mate! Also where did you get that awesome head set. I dig the head gear and hat and mask all together. Is that one piece?

Love this idea and I am so going to try this on Legendary! Last week I took one of my old Hardwired turret-nade builds and did almost the same thing with the Memento. I was doing solo heroic missions like nothing. It was crazy!

Finally claimed the Momento backpack on yesterday along with Bullet King, so I can’t wait to test them out and work on my hybrid build!!!!

I'm working my way to memento as I just recently started up playing again and I'm totally gonna try this build when I get it!

This build would be great for adding most directives to. Love it and will definitely try it. Cheers mate.

Helle Skillz. Alway like to wacth you videos. I put this build together with a few ajustments for myself. But omg, best build i ever played. Has just the right amount of skill damage and shooting a weapon yourself. And have survivability. Better than a lazy boy build . So thx again for this one. Keep it up

Hey man, the flavor text of the TDI Kard Custom is a quote from John Dmitri Kozak. I knew I recognize that name somewhere and it is actually the name of the Ghost Recon Future Soldier player character, Kozak.

Used to seekers and hive here and thought this build was stupid because a pistol? and kinetic momentum? WTF .....UNTIL I tried it!!! Very fun to use and skills do enormous damage. Did several heroic missions and lvl4 control points quick AF!!! Thanks !!!

I don't recall if this was mentioned, but to me it seems like you get way way less aggro when you use a pistol, that might be a significant factor that adds to survivability as your skills are constantly being focused.

My skill hybrid is a 4 red 2 yellow, all chd chc attributes, with mechanical animal and technician. Haven't tried it with memento, but it hung well last season.

Been running this build since New York first dropped. Used Hana's Perfect Combined Arms until the Memento & Kard came out recently. I was always worried this build was going to get nerfed, instead they made it MORE powerful. Mine is all Crit Chance, Crit DMG, skill DMG & the only armor roll I have is from the memento. This build makes 5 directives cake. I run it with a artificer hive instead of drone on summit 9 directives. (Drone destroyed too easily & artificer doesn't need to be put out to boost my turret).

Looks fun!! But I just got the back fire lol

i used test subject assault rifile that has perfectly in sync for 20% both skill and weapon dmg, merciless for boss fights with 4 piece true patriot with a chest piece that has the spark talent that gives you 15% wep dmg when a skill hits enemies. gets my test subjection AR from doing like 105k to 180k dmg. melts heroic bounties.

Just got back into the game and am enjoying it... Unfortunately, I'm going to have to open up a shop selling Acosta's Backpacks ;) Have all of the other pieces (just been farming) aside from the pistol and backpack... Acosta has cursed me. Just saw you beat the summit, Cheers.

memento is definitely one of the best exotic, great for solo play

This is still one of the best builds for PvE Heroic or Legendary content. The synergy is unreal. The only thing I'm changing for Legendaries is the Artificer hive for the Striker Drone as I feel it gets destroyed too fast in Leg.

How do you get the claws out holster? Never heard of it

Would be great if the pistol wasn’t bugged. For some weird reason, you’ll randomly lose the skill tier. So you have to un-equip and equip it again to gain the skill tier. And sometimes it doesn’t register at all. Really awesome pistol for any build, but atm it’s bugged af. I try using this pistol for my AR build, that’s why it’s buggy af.

XHABITUALX XF. For me in PC, I randomly lose it when I get killed or equip another load out. So I have to manually un-equip the Kard pistol and equip it again to gain the skill tier. And sometimes, like I previously stated, won’t register the skill tier of the pistol at all.

In my experience, the only time the extra skill tier will appear is when the pistol is un-holstered. So, in the current state of the game, you will lose that extra skill tier the pistol gives when you switch weapons.

never heard of him but I'm sure people are running it its basic build that works because of the exotic bag and pistol and there are only two pieces that give you pistol dmg the mask and holster. Cool to know other people are running it too.

Kinetic actually stacks per skill. Unless they changed it. Which means that you get 30% increased weapon damage and 60% increased repair skill.

I had that exact hana U chest piece drop earlier today even with that talent,it had max weapons damage and max crit hit chance on it lol

Pulse jammer with vile mask gives dmg to pulse & scales with status effects. eclipse backpack or wicked gives dmg to status fx. Insync boosts both.

Can you get the pistol from targeted loot?

how did u get 6 skill tier? 3 from Chest, Holster and gloves, 1 from pistol and 1 from memento bagpack, am i missing something? im trying to replicate it :)

You could get an AR / SMG /lmg with in sync too. The pistol gives you the skill tier regardless Like that you showed ar / shotgun / Pistol like Suck uses in the movies

You will only get the skill tier while holding it in your hand.

The two pieces you need for a hybrid are perfect glass cannon and Hana u perfect combined arms. Hands down a shredder

What about using the mechanical animal? Each time you get a kill with it - it stacks a skill tied up to 3

you could but you would have to roll a armor roll for skill tier and then you wouldn't need to run the pistol. The pistol is giving us that plus 1 tier

Dude!!! I put together this build real quick far from maxed out and joined my friends for some Summit. even way below max rolls this thing crushed it for the final 10 floors to get us our first-ever completion. The only change I had to make as swapped drone out for Trap in the final room. What would you run if you don't have Claws out? I'm not much of a DZ farmer

Mike Kalustian regular wyvern holster

I've tried all kinds of different builds but the only one that fits me is my 100% skill build using the drone + turret. 4 pieces of Rigger gear so I don't have any cooldown, the waveform holster & the Capacitor. This build makes heroic too easy. I can't really play any other way.

Nice Build..I Run A Similar 6 Tier Skill Build But Also Have 200+ Crit Damage And 50+ Crit Chance..Not Much Skill Haste And Skill Damge Is Only About 89K Turret And 60k Drone..But Damage With In Sync Is Ridiculous..Took Awhile To Farm All Right Pieces Tho

I joined someone on floor 94 legendry and then everyone left the group because we died and when i went back in solo my progress was now at floor 94 and before that my progress was floor 34 or something

Skillz seems like a genuine guy, but credit to Wotsit Fox for announcing it first.

Interesting build Skillz. I've only got my internet back up and running yesterday, since I just moved. So have only tried out 10 floors of the summit and gotten only 2 piece of the new gear set. I went started straight on floor 50-60. Did it solo with my skill build, had trouble on 56 kept dying and repeating. I don't think the summit is going to keep people around. I got bored and tired after four floors. just don't seem to be enough of a reward to go through all that. The loot that did drop was decent better then average stats.

How did u see your damage with the buff?

Jeremy Beene go inspect your skills before and after. A great way is to test in in the range. Just shoot the target till you his 30 stack

Yes and no, what I mean by that is, you equip it but it bugs out and lose the skill tier. So you constantly have to un-equip and equip it to gain the additional skill tier. The pistol is awesome for any build, but it’s currently bugged.

I have begun to question the value of the Momento Backpack during Legandary missions, particularly when running in a group of strong players. Let's take District Union Arena as an example. During a typical DUA run (on Legandary) with 3 other good players, I can get 50+ kills. With short-term buffs only lasting 10 seconds, and most trophies not able to be collected until the end of each phase of combat, I would guess they are not significantly contributing. During the opening battle, I rarely collect any trophies until the battle is over, and by the time the next battle starts, those short-term buffs are gone. Long term buffs, even lasting 5 minutes and apparently being renewed with each trophy collected, are not fully stacked until nearly about halfway through the run. I have now taken the Momento off of my Skill Damage build (really a hybrid DPS/Skill build) and replaced it with a Force Multiplier using the Perfect Combined Arms talent. A single shot every 3 seconds buffs my skill damage by 30% which means I am always buffed. The Force Multiplier does not have the Skill Efficiency buff of the Momento, but since I am running 3 piece Empress International, my turret and striker drone have a cooldown of about 12s and a duration of 250s...more than enough for most situations. I have 170K armor on my Force Multiplier instead +1 Skill Tier, so no armor is lost and I am still at Tier 6 due to using the Technician specialization. In my opinion, having a somewhat smaller overall buff, but having it 100% of the time is a better option.

Just saying running straight up skill damage with the capacitor is actually better... And the only time I hit skill tier 6 is by using the pistol Not worth

Is it really a stretch to think they both came up with the build? Why all the hate?

I run my hybrid skill build with 3 hardwired, memento, the sacrifice (on sale this week) and a Hana-U piece. With all my buffs my drone hits for 195k and my turret hits for 208k. My harmony hits for ~600k.

What is going on everybody its pills here and in todays video I will be going over this new chest piece that looks like a bitch and I will also be drinking weed and smoking whiskey, you read that right. Right now I am sober

Too much agro to the player and too risky to go out of cover in order to collect those trophies and less damage from the skills even when all the bufs are active... Also the extra armor and the regen is nothing on a legendary difficulty.... But still is a fun and a different way to play a skill build...

I actually built this and took it straight to legendary summit and I can confirm it works very well. You dont actually have to be in cover all that much as the armor eegen and bonus armor from the momento allow you to be really agro.
