I agree, (rant incoming) but the problem is that most American servers are just filled with Nomad roadrunners who glitch to get their lives back constantly and never truly engage you unless all 4 nomads are together with their shock turrets and combat medic procs... This video shows what it could be when people try to have fun.

@@AcontheWebHeadYeah I think Division 1 peaked just before they added 6pc classified builds It still felt like we had build diversity and we weren’t fighting endless waves of 6pc nomads and predator mark builds. I still find the PvP to be much better in Div1 but nomad and wall glitching players are really obnoxious

Crazy thats it 2023 and the D1 darkzone play still looks more litt than D2 Darkzone ever could be, we just never got this sort of carnage in the Darkzone

My favorite video game of all time. Easy 100 days+ played in the dark zone and raids. The rush to 30 week one released was exhilarating. Farming gear felt so rewarding and made making that build you wanted even that much more enjoyable. In my Opinion (besides the cheating) this game has the best player vs. player system in all of video gaming. It can’t be matched. The atmosphere of the map was also unbelievable. I knew how good we had it and I loved this game with all my heart. I always will

Nothing can compare to that first year of division especially the dz. I remember being nervous to go in by myself because you didn't want to run into the wrong people lol. They'll never make another mode like it. People just cry too much. But I loved it.

many games have better pvp than darkzome which is good but it is not better and is surpassed by many other games

Makes me want to hop back on and play again. Division 1 will always be king of the franchise.

Preaching to the choir there. That was the reason why I stopped playing as well. Too many clowns running around with lag switches and scripts doing 1v1s at west 42nd. They were even in skirmish and last stand. It’s really too bad because it’s so fun when no one is cheating.

Massive and Ubisoft must be punching themselves to see they pioneered the Extraction PVP Genre, only for the rest of the gaming world to realize the Gold Mine of a concept they abandoned and now everyone is making a game to steal their audience

This game brings back so many good memories :,) wish I got into the 2nd one like I did with the 1st. Now I feel like I’m to far behind in the 2nd to do anything but the campaign 😅

nah bro i put 50+ days into 1 and played 2 when it came out on ps4 i bought it in pc last weekend and grinded out campaign and i’m having a pretty good time rn i wouldn’t be deterred if i was you

That was so much fun! The last game I really enjoyed playing!

PS4 is pretty well crowded during eu & us hours plenty new players leveling up aswell. I see nearly constant rogues & manhunts

The mechanics and skills were great in this game. Even the chicken dancing that many people considering it as an exploit was crucial, because you could tell if someone was experienced dark zone player.

Why does this game look more straight foward? No op as armor no slow as movement

I love seeing all the positive comments and reminiscing about this game. For me, I used to play dark zone with my dad and a few others. So much fun trying to get off manhunt, making builds, all of it. Still hate Nomads though 😅

I miss Div 1 pvp in darkzone, Heck even the pvp arena (when u didnt run into hackers ofc) 🤣 Me and 3 friends used to run this for hours and we had sooooo much fun, more fun then in any other pvp game ever, teh Tactics knowledge of areas mobspawns and everything, teamorianted builds and al, was endless fun 😍😍 Div 2 realy screwed it upp and killed everything fun with pvp

The problem is that the large number of CHEATERS in the game have gotten out of control; LAG SWITCHS and CHRONUS MAX/ZEN at DZ today. A total disrespect from UBISOFT towards us. Many players are incompetent and unable enough to learn how to put together a build and play honestly. THE DIVISION 1 is without a doubt one of the greatest masterpieces when it comes to gaming, but today it's just PVE. Division 1 PVP is dead. Those who are there today use aids and tricks. Unfortunately, THE DIVISION 1 and 2 on all platforms PSN, XBOX, PC are taken over by CHEATERS and THUGS.

I can’t get into servers like that

I wish Ubisoft would let us buy our own servers on this game. Than we can add players who are legit and still enjoy the game. I guarantee hundreds of players if not thousands would still play if you can give them a place to play without the lag switchers and hackers. Damn I miss this game.

the div 1 put div 2 in shame, to bad, div 1 is dead, once u finish everything in about 25 hours the rest is just waiting for GEs to make ur builds and then pvp. i was hoping the whole map, LZ and DZ are both full of contents and make the game busy, packed, full, chaotic.
