    What do you think of extensive jumps for long periods of time every day?eg. 5 mins of skipping everyday or 5 mins of pogos for ankle stiffness and elasticity.

    I do at-home workouts and have only resistance bands, dumbbells, and med balls. How can I implement a vertical pull?

    You can do pull-ups for a vertical pull. The alternative pull movement is by doing rows with dumbbells.

    So what i understood is if i do 70kg barbel squat that is strength and if i do 70kg barbel squat as fast as i can that will be power right 🫣🤔 correct me if iam wrong.

    No, for power you need to less weight than your 1RM. What you said, they're basically the same thing. You don't intentionally go slowly when doing strength training, it's the load of the weight that causes the contractions to be slow. Since power is 50/50 (as in it's using a bit of speed and force) to have to use less weight than your 1 RM but enough weight where it will cause some form of resistance ( more than or equal to 30% of your 1RM)
