And the killer got something like 13000$ for the contract. Unbelievable how people get away like this. But that's always the case. When you have connections and money you can find a way. LAPD was conducting an Internal Affairs investigation into allegations that Kading made false statements on an affidavit and manipulated witnesses to get them to testify in federal court against George Torres, Numero Uno supermarket magnate and an alleged drug kingpin. In September 2009, federal judge Stephen Wilson overturned convictions against Torres and chastised both the prosecution and Kading. In April 2010, LAPD completed its probe. Kading was not penalized for any of his actions. You know why he was never penalized? Cause he removed the heat off the LAPD that Poole put on them. And by doing that he was allowed to keep his retirement benefits.

LAPD has a history of this shit, look at Rampart disctrict scandal! shit, even Chris Dorner took matters into his own hands since he saw the BS with his own eyes. His manifesto said "The department has not changed since the Rampart and Rodney King days. It has gotten worse," Dorner wrote. "I know I will be vilified by the LAPD and the media. Unfortunately, this is a necessary evil that I do not enjoy but must partake and complete for substantial change to occur within the LAPD and reclaim my name." Dorner named members of the LAPD whom he would target and said they would not be safe at home or at work. "I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty," he wrote. "You will now live the life of the prey." #RipChrisDorner

Orlando didn’t kill Tupac but he was involved in the plot tho. E.D.I. Mean and Yaki Kadafi told Officer Brent Becker that the shooter’s arm was dark-skinned. Frank Alexander said in his book that the shooter’s arm was “as black as the gun.” These descriptions don’t match Anderson who had a medium brown complexion. Anderson was lighter than Pac and people don’t call Pac dark-skinned or “as black as a gun.”
