The dessert is so delicious that I cook it almost every day! 😍 The most popular cake in Italy❗️
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Spoon of instant coffee, ~ 200 ml of hot water
stir and let cool
15 g gelatin, 40 ml cold water
stir and let stand for 5 minutes
~ 130 g Savoiardi cookies (Lady Fingers)
250 ml cream (33-36%)
50g powdered sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
300 ml milk
80 g creamy vanilla powder
Beat well with a mixer at high speed
Melt the swollen gelatine
Start stirring immediately with a mixer
Distribute the cream evenly
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours
Decorate with cocoa powder
Mmm...incredibly delicious and tender dessert without baking!
