I remember I had a game during demo week where I was solo baker and I got a townie with bread lynched so it was a me, Jailor and a random LO (?), Jailor pretty much never spoke the whole game and the "LO" also only spoke after day 3 (not even whispers) and only posted his will to the public last day so I tried pushing the LO claiming he was baker since he was dead silent and he just flamed at me saying that I was baker and pretty much just making fun of me whenever I tried to defend and the jailor never said anything, looking back at it I'm pretty sure they were on call together since they just insta voted me even if the LO really never said anything. I didn't think about it in the moment but that left me so sad that I didn't play the rest of the demo week and I haven't bought the game yet

i just sat down to eat fully expecting a new pipe video then there was none and then i get the notification lol perfect timing

They should make it so if you disconnect you get silenced or can't use your role. That would stop people from disconnecting tactically

why even let them reconnect at that point, if you make them unable to use their role they are useless outside voting on the side of their team, and if you make them silenced thats pretty much only gonna affect TIs and TPOWs, plus gives dreamweaver and witch a free target with no consequences if there isnt something like a crus, trap, or rampaging person there

nah most people dont disconnect tactically as you cant reconnect unless you leave SPECIFICALLY from your internet disconnecting.

@@superl8296 People can use lag switches. I know punishing people who honestly disconnect is a bit harsh but it stops a very toxic metagame from forming. Its a bit better if people with bad internet are slightly punished But recoverable. compared to lots of people abusing a feature made to help people with bad internet.

My point is well yeah you can use a lagswitch its a very niche way to achieve a stratagy thats really not that helpful? I dont think disconnects will impact your decision on what to do at night (unless you want to bait a pirate or sc or something?????). The main use i can think of is disconnecting so you get innoed or not voted up when sus. This isnt really a problem as the meta can easily shift to guiltying disconnectors if they are sus. There may be a few extremely niche endgame scenarios where you MIGHT be able to cheese a win from leaving and rejoining but its so rare youre just gonna have report that. Even then you can easily see what the person is trying to do in that case

apocalyptic defense is really hype. I got it by shooting death the day they popped up

Yeah. The only difference (aside from name and transformation) is that you're invincible when you get the last kill and (more recently) can visit 2 people in a single night.

@@bladehoon no, it's the same order, and same powers. First kill let's you attack every night, second kill lets you rampage and third kill makes you unstoppable. You're thinking of the jugg/bers' states, since he has 4 states, including 0 kills.

Just played on Free Trial for the first time today. Played one game. It was all Any. I ended up rolling solo Soul Collector. I managed to win too. :D Thanks for all of the tips and tricks Pipe. I was very bad but I cannot imagine I would have won without your vids xD When it was 3 people left I just claimed SC and the Doomslayer gave me the win.

I was Bunny in this game, i thought for sure 15 was NA leaving after their baker died LOL

2 just felt like coven. He was somewhat fast to vote 11, kinda "mocked" 11 for his defense, yet he abstained when it came down to it

The trap can't kill more than 1 person, so PM would of saved Pipe if trap was on 14 However since PM didn't "also" die to berserker rampage, that means that trap was on 1

@@labmasterx5599 What I ment is, if pmer also attacked 14, and 14 would have been trapped, pmer would have also die to rampage. Regardless of who the trapp would have killed. So the pmer can't have visited 14, since they didn't get rampaged, meaning the trap can't have been on 14 either

Based on D2 chats and mayor dying D3 with plaguebearer and 2 visiting the mayor N1, I knew 2 was PM as soon as the mayor died.

IMO pb shouldn’t really focus to much on infecting when solo. It’s much better to be a late pest as you gain much more power and might not be lynched than to be an early pest that gets found d4

I expected 2 to be PM on d3 since the Mayor died unprovoked without ever even claiming Tpow. 2 had visited them the night before alongside PB.

Is Pipe playing against bots? That Deputy could have saved the game and Pipe’s will was clearly fake. Dude claimed Lookout but hadn’t been posting. If I were the Dep I would have shot that immediately.

Considering that people would likely not visit at all if war pops up, it's very unlikely. You would essentially need 3 other people to visit the same people you did. The only roles I can even imagine visiting when war pops up would be other apoc, pirate, exe whose target died and MAYBE hex master hoping for a bomb. You could theoretically kill 5 if hex, pirate and exe visit the two people you visit, or if your apoc members are willing to sacrifice themselves for your achievement (even though only baker and pb could do that). But keep in mind, you need to kill 3 people before that point, and by D5 there's likely not even 6 people including the bers. TL;DR: technically possible, but very unlikely.

You can kill 2 people and Rampage 3 more. So it's legitimately possible, but not against competent players.

PipeTron, you cannot intentionally D/C. You'd have to perfectly time an ethernet cable pull to try that. Quitting doesn't allow you to reconnect

You can definitely just add a firewall rule that blocks ToS2, keep it turned off usually and only enable it when you want to quickly disconnect. People in Hearthstone Battlegrounds have been doing it for years.

Its not really spoiling anything.. just because you know it's going to happen it doesn't mean you know WHEN or how it's going to happen Like if you know a character will die eventually in a series.. you may know they're gonna die but you don't know WHEN and HOW they will so it's still a surprise even if you already knew
