I’m a 13 year old girl who has been living with an undiagnosed ear pain since last year. I’ve been to multiple dentist and even to the hospital but yet no one can find anything wrong with me, sometimes the pain is so bad I wish I was dead. When the pain first started it happened in my teeth and it was so bad to the point I couldn’t eat, sleep, drink or even talk. I pray ever night that it goes away, I’m still dealing with the pain but these sound frequencies help me so much. To anyone reading this stay safe out there and I’m praying for us all.❤️

I have had this, its tmj which is a nerve in the jaw line = something like phorpain gel on the outside to deaden things a bit and of course painkillers - the nerve will ease in time but yes, the pain is unbearable.

Not sure if its placebo, there are different theories in terms of how frequences work, on the spiritual side its believed to link with and activate certain chakras, on the scientific side its believed that certain frequencies activate the release of certain hormones in your brain.

Many blessings to you. It is funny you say that because I had a big part of a tooth fall out this morning and it was hurting so much yesterday. This helped me as well. Honestly the big part of the tooth coming out today was the biggest relief. Tumeric and curcumin are great natural anti-inflammatories. I have used penetrex on my face to help with swelling and pain. I don't know what you had addiction issues with, but these are good go to's to help with pain control and can be found on Amazon. Either way they really help. Curcumin doesn't tear up your stomach lining like ibuprofen, of course I don't know your medical history. I hope you feel better soon!

Also I would like to add. I recommend getting out into nature everyday. It heals you and clears your mind. I’ve been hiking everyday and I can’t even begin to explain how much this has helped me and kept my mind on the beauty of life. We are surrounded by love even if we feel alone. No lie I instantly started to feel pain relief in my legs along with this warming sensation. I suffer from fibromyalgia and the cold or wet weather tend to cause even greater flair ups in pain for me, I also believe I have an undiagnosed form of arthritis because my joints bother me a lot. I was seriously hurting it had been raining all day today and I got stuck out in it but I am feeling so much better now. ❤

I am convinced that this frequency is alleviating the pain in my fractured lower back and the pain radiating into my right hip, right knee, and right foot from the fracture. I am no longer so consumed by the intensity of the pain because it has subsided. I have taken no conventional pain medication and instead rely on healing tools, such as sound baths, to assist my body in the healing and recovery process. I began feeling the intense pain from the fracture in early 2019 and used to feel hopeless about the possibility of recovery. It has been a few years and I am now able to walk uphill backwards, a huge improvement from not being able to even walk up steps. Thank you so much for composing this sound bath for the deepest healing possible. I am deeply grateful for the effort that was put into the creation of this and for the thoughtfulness in posting it on youtube to share with the world so those who need it can benefit from it whenever they need it. Every day, I work in a job where I carry packages that weigh half of my body weight. And I injured my back earlier in the week. The pain is incredible, so much so that I have a hard time walking and even standing on my feet. I don't know if it's a placebo effect, but as soon as I turn on the music, the pain seems to forget that it was there and I was incredibly relieved. I hope this music helps a little bit if anyone is in pain.

i have a surgery tomorrow and my doctors normally ask what music i like to have played… i’m going to recommend this

I have just had emergency surgery and have a lot of health problems. I tend to be very sensitive to frequencies, but this hits the sweet spot for me. This came on a night that was really helpful for me to have. I don't know if I would have slept soundly or at all without it. I felt so much more peaceful today, correction I even felt some semblance of peace. Thank you so much for this. Beautiful example of synchronicity this showing up when needed.

Thanks a lot for that. My father is in the hospital right now and it seems that we’re about at the end. I’m enjoying this last moments with him. It’s painful but at least is not suffering and possibly he will expire while sleeping. I put the phone right next to him and he liked the very first moment, while he was awake and still able to understand and talk. God bless you.

My husband of 50 years died a year ago. I am functioning a lot of the time - I moved across the country and try to be cheerful-- but sometimes missing him is unbearable. He was my support. I was his number one. We never had any money but we had fun at the races, having a drink, competing on TV quizzes like The Chase. I suppose I'll go on living but it seems pointless.

I have had chronic pain for over 11 years and am weaning myself off strong pain medications ,these healing frequencies are really helping me to sleep I leave it on overnight and its not magic but is defiantly helping me ,I will continue as its working ,Thanks for posting and I was very skeptical and I honestly found it hard to believe a sound could help where many operations and meds could not but everyday you learn something new and even with over a decade of daily pain I still believe in the day when I will overcome this illness and be pain & med free, Don't give up don't let one negative aspect reflect or attract negative thoughts or feelings as through any pain there is always a lesson try to find the strength to persevere and come out the other side stronger and more complete ride with it roll with it and through pain comes improvement strength and love . just wanted to say don't ever give up there is always an end to everything and new beginnings are beautiful even if its a long time coming .

I feel asleep to this and woke up 4 hours later to my body feeling like it was vibrating. That's the best way to explain it. Anyone else have similar experience?

I was once a long time ago working in a house owned by a elderly lady. She saw me wincing as I picked something up and asked if she could pray for me, I think she said anoint. I didnt even know what she was talking about and I was a bit uncomfortable with it but oh well. So anyway she rubbed my back gently for a second and then just held her palms on the area that was causing me pain. It is strange how some people can touch you and you tingle and feel calm and thats what happened. Dont really recall less pain but I didnt pay attention to it much anymore. Eventually it went away. The point is this sound gives me that same feeling. I will take a nap.

In so much pain today and this actually is the only thing that has helped. Thank you!!

My sweet budgie Peeps is very ill, so I have her with me in my office. She is sleeping with her head tucked back by a little heater and I’ve put this on for her. I really hope it gives her some relief.

@@jillgoard5928 Well, she's still alive! :) She's doing better. But she does have a very large tumour that the vet said can't be dealt with. They said to just give her a good quality of life. Apparently, I'm succeeding! She's doing okay. It's amazing she's still alive.

I was searching for healing music on youtube and this was the first save I did. I tried different sounds trying to find the right one. My issue is can't sleep because of pain. Fybromialgia, both arthritis, plantar facitius, whole back, just so much pain. I have to admit that I also have 22 multipul personalities. PTSD. My mom died 3 weeks ago. I'm a care giver to my husband on oxygen. Both sleep with C-Paps. I think if I just keep using this frequency and quit trying others maybe I may get somewhere with my pain? 174MZ is for pain. 286 back legs feet tissues is what I read. Nite friends.

Wow this sound truly works wonders (I have a very bad swollen foot) Ive been up all night cause I can't sleep cause of it, its been sore all day, & this sound helped take my mind away from the pain & made the pain go away , second time listening to it, it worked both times

I have Covid and depression. Everything is falling apart. My depression is making things difficult for me at work, dealing with a toxic supervisor, I got Covid and I'm so scared I'll get in trouble for being sick. I constantly feel like I'm not enough and that everything is my fault.
