The decline of health care journalism

University of Minnesota professor Gary Schwitzer discusses how health journalism has been rapidly declining in quality due to budget issues, shrinking newsrooms and pressure from upper management. His latest report for the Kaiser Family Foundation uncovered a bleak truth about the quality of the reporting and the pressures put on journalists.

    Its actually truly sad... I for one, would like to see more reports on health care. Health is our future. More news would help.
