Ur right he did have the suspended sentence from his first adult charges but he had gotten released from probation on that charge meaning once he got off probation he no longer had the 10 years over his head but since he was a felon from then on when he caught that 2nd gun charge they hit him with a prohibited possessor charge on top of it while he was out on bail for that the feds decided to pick up the case which allowed them to issue search warrant to rearrest him federally which is how they caught him with the most recent gun charge
