There are bad hosts and clients too. Happens. Did my first booking here in delhi.

My car got accident but zoom cars not taken any action i have paid fine in police station for everything after raising tickets also the customer care service is worst in this no action 😢😢😢

Damn. This was scary!! Thank u for this update tho. I was worried thinking zoomcar won't do anything if the car is stolen but I'm relieved now knowing zoomcar tries their best to solve the issue. Anyways thank god you got your car back safe and an experience or a caution to follow in the future.
