I've placed hundreds of UberEATS orders for 'research purposes' of course and I don't think I've ever gotten an order in 30 minutes or less - what is Dara talking about? It's interesting that he admits so freely though that the company can/will continue to lose $1 billion a quarter. But I don't see the path to profitability, he's a good salesman but if I was an investor, this is a business I would be shorting over the long run.

My suggestion that I’m not suggesting Pilot less or driver less drive journey ! Always someone should operate it to avoid accidents. I used Uber app in Sri Lanka at Colombo and it’s exactly can reach the travel destination as per time. Most Sri Lankan uses three wheelers or Tuk Tuk ! Tuk Tuk than Uber cheap and best with travel navigation systems, if Uber could implement for Tuk Tuk too it’s may give opportunities! Also navigation must be in those countries main language could keep understanding of customers. 👍

Hes just saying what he has to say to look good for investors.

Pay cuts for drivers 1-2 times per year. Drivers now falling asleep at the wheel regularly. Some drivers are living in their cars. Uber pay cuts = homelessness for some drivers

Many people are invested into driving people so thats what forces them to keep doing it . They buy a car for that purpose of driving for uber with the promise of profits and when you need to cash in on your investment ( the car purchase) Therese no money to be made for you only for uber and when you try to get your own clientele you have to skirt laws to make a buck without no one knowing
