আমি তোমার মতো একজন প্রবাসী ।থাকি লন্ডনে। আছি প্রায় ৪৫ বছর ধরে। যখন এসেছিলাম তখন ছিলাম তোমার মতো বয়স। আমিও তোমার মতো অনেক ভুগেছি , ঠিক একইরকম অভিজ্ঞতা আমার হয়েছে। শীত কাল মোটেও ভালো লাগতো না। ডিপ্রেসানে ভুগতাম। একটাই পরিকল্পনা ছিল এই দেশ থেকে পালাবো । সেই পালানো আর হলনা। ফেলে রাখা সেই দেশ কালের বিবর্তনে অন্য রকম হোয়ে গেছে । দেশ নয় দেশের মানুষরা। সে গল্প আর একদিন বলবো যদি শুনতে চাও । আমি সেই অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে লেখা লেখি আরম্ভ করে দিয়েছি।

Having a few close friends with whom we can regularly hang out and have deep, meaningful conversations is truly a blessing. I'd also like to add that being physically active during the winter can be incredibly helpful. It's a good idea to start engaging in winter sports or activities, such as hiking, snowshoeing, skiing etc. This way, we can actually start enjoying winter and looking forward to it, rather than dreading it and wishing it would be over. Hey TR, you were looking cute. Mashah Allah. 💕 Anyways, Don't focus on specific 1 or 2 people in terms of making priority. Try to make it at least 6. But not more than 10. The smaller circle you maintain, the bigger expectations you will have from them. Which may not go to your favor for various reasons. So that will hurt you much. And yaah. Keep in touch with your family members as much as possible. Family connection will make you feel stronger. Although BD-Canada time gap is a problem. But still ... YOU CAN DO IT !
