The Dark Side of Cuba that Media is Hiding from You !🇨🇺

"I have been to many countries in the world, and what I saw in Cuba is completely insane. The Cubans who live and work in Havana are barely making over $15 a month. Today, some of my new Cuban friends invited me into their house in the center of Havana, and I had the opportunity to document the real life of these locals on a Sunday afternoon.
I can definitely say that I departed from their place with a wealth of life lessons that I will never forget....

Videos like this are absolutely vital for those on the outside to see the people who live like this and see the humanity of them, their kindness and how that even though many must do things that the masses see as wrong, they're not bad people, they are surviving.

Im a grown man and this has me in my emotions to see people that are, like myself, the type to give even when I have nothing. Seeing the good in people when they have pretty much nothing to their name says so much. I've had much and recently all of that was taken by life but I thank God for the opportunity to see how blessed I am even if I am broken. Many prayers to these people in the vlog and thanks for sharing your experiences!

My comment is going to be the 56th post to this video. I’m just gonna say what the other 55 people were afraid to say. The Cuba people turned out to be very friendly. You only know until you speak, BUT you shouldn’t go to undisclosed building walking around, drinking unknown beverages and not knowing anyone. It’s not safe to do that. I can understand if you’re doing it for the LIKES. Just know your putting yourself in danger.

Thats 100% what I thought when watching. Look at 18:03 that girl he was looking for had a huge black eye and the whole side of her face was swollen like one of those guys slapped her up for talking to the KZreadr. I think they led him to the building to probably rob him or something and then when they found out he was a KZreadr and they would likly get caught and in some serious trouble they slapped her up and acted like they were his friend.

Best vlog anyone has ever made of Cuba. Growing up in and exploring Florida, I can imagine this life. I know the smells, and appreciate the people. We live similarly when you’re put in Florida, no shirt no shoes cigarettes and laughter all day everyday. Anyone from south Florida knows Cubans are the best people and we always welcome more and more, they improve any neighborhood they congregate in.

I loved that monologue that the tour guide gave about him prioritising his friends and family in his life and enjoying the little things in life without a lot of technology. He values his relationships and family and doesn't let material things go to his head. He has what most western people lack, which is a solid foundation and true knowing of himself and his values. These people might not have a lot of money but they make up for it with their spirit and big hearts. Viva La Cuba ❤️

I was in cuba one time, la Havana, varadero and probably i got the wrong impression or maybe I did see things through, but for my everything was a setup the friendship they offer seemed to be a bit fake and they only want to take advantage of you. Probably I did not understand the context of this particular society, but coming from Mexico I think I know how is the drill about and I think I know how to read a person, anyway good videos thoe I enjoyed the videos but I feel uncomfortable when people is taking advantage of others and they don’t even have a clue.

Timmy I am Cuban and I tell you to please take care of yourself, I do not judge anyone but I assure you that not even the Cubans themselves surround ourselves much with these people, not because they squeeze your hand and tell you "brother" they are good people, I may be wrong and hopefully so but they only want your money, if you return to Cuba please look for a quieter place. I would also advise you to go to the center of the country, places like Ciego de Ávila, Santa Clara and so, also some other province, The people there tend to be quieter and there is less danger than in Havana, not to mention that not many go to the center to record, it would be a different content. I'm finished watching the video and I also advise you not to get drunk with strangers, those guys look bad and could do anything to you. The video continues to move forward and I'm more alarmed, the first guys are not good, the one who gave you food looks better. (Google Translate).

If you look at 18:03 and pause you can see the girl had a black eye and whle side of her face was swollen like she got slapped up good. Probably for talking to him. Seems like she was just trying to lure him to the building and then when they found out he was a KZreadr thats when they had a "talk: with her about why she told him to come. Its not as sweet and innocent as you think, those people in that building were shady as hell.

Where is that clip at (link)? Looks like the girl got slapped up. If you look at 18:03 and pause it the whole side of her face and eye is swollen and she is kind of hiding behind the door. Seems like she lured him to the building and when they realized he was a KZreadr they got angry and had a "talk" with her and then the fake friendliness ensued. This isnt as innocent as it seems, but some may be naive and think it was.
