This video came so timely for me. Ive grown a following of over 1500 people in 3 weeks and ive been having a lot of these questions. Thank you, Alex. I praise God for giving you the inclination to share this. If you end up reading this, I would love to get some guidance from you if you can, but if not just keep it up, God is using your family beautifully.

The best leaders I've met, with the most deep lasting impact, are not the ones who tried to lead. They are the ones that found themselves surrounded by people who needed the Jesus they had, and couldn't NOT share Him.

Jesus I turn to you for guidance. As a single mom things are hard on me both of my sons are special needs. Jesus give me strength I’m constantly struggling to provide for them I’m so ashamed. Lord please help me as I constantly struggle to pay bills and constantly struggle to buy groceries for my children. The devil wants me to give up. BUT no matter what I face I KEEP FAITH in Jesus! 💕

So good thanks Alex. Keep it up! Also I think it's important to help people grow in their spiritual gifts to help them find God's calling for their lives. Preaching and Patoring are spiritual gifts that we don't all have. There's a lot of us acting like those are the only ways to serve Jesus but we need all the gifts in the Church not just the up front leadership type gifts.

God bless you Alex. I really see a heart after God when I watch your videos. Felt the spirit prompting me that God's after our hearts not our theology (not to disregard theology)

I fell into this trap but I thank the Lord for conviction. Not onve did it sit right in my heart and I began to dicern that I wasn't being lead by the right spirit. I began with a desire to serve and I was knee deep and rising in the worldly seeking of position. It has cost me alooot but I'm getting out. I've stepped out and continuing to do so by grace. Pray for the continuous new generation or wave of Christians. I wasnt ready and I fell but we are never completely destroyed.

Glory to God! and thank you! i feel like God has been calling me to Lead and be a Christian leader but i was like idk where to start! and i just had this feeling to just wait on the Lord to not jump into it without any clear guidance. So this video helped me have a view of what the side effects of not having a foundational leader.

How many times the word "leader" was mentioned in the bible? And how many times the word "servant" was mentioned? The Lord told us to be the salt of the earth, so I aspire to be a good servant of the Lord. The instructions are clear.

Order, so important and spoke about many times over within the Holy Writ. Discernment, the Spirit of is what we are given when we ask. So that we may use the what we were granted when He ascended.

You can fool people, but you cannot fool God, he knows who the wolves in sheep clothing are. Read your Bible people. Make sure anything anyone says, you go and find scripture on it.

For it is not you that speaks, but the spirit of your Father which speaks in you (Matthew 10:20): Just as Jesus who speaks on behalf of God the Father from beginning to end, the same is commanded of all of God’s servants (John 12:49-50). In all that we do, we are to bring glory to God the Father by speaking and doing all that Jesus has taught us. As we see the power and glory of God magnifying in our lives, we are to relay these things to the whole world. Through the Holy Spirit, we inherit the mind of Jesus Christ, who has the mind of God the Father (John 5:19-20). When we become one in spirit and agreement, *_we are one even as they are one_* (John 17:22). It is God’s spirit that dwells in the bodies of many-_Emmanuel!_ Once we become one with the mind of God the Father, only then will we return to where we originated: GOD. Amen.

Genuine self love and care is also missing in the church. I've noticed swings from pride and selfishness into self hate and self abandonment during the process of purification. We are seeing people getting stuck on either side because we don't have honest leaders guiding us through. As scared philistines and scared sheep, we need honest language to understand both extremes to achieve balance in Christ.

Biblically, this would contradict Matthew 28:20, which emphasizes that we are all called to lead, including new believers as exemplified in Acts. Influence and growth are God's responsibilities; my role is to share the gospel. From my perspective, we should not shy away from speaking the truth in any capacity. Jesus asks for a willing and submitted heart, not eloquent speech.

I just read this as well in Luke Chapter 9 Verses 49-50 “John answered, ‘Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he does not follow with us.’ But Jesus said to him, ‘Do not stop him, for the one who is not against you is for you.’”

@@joshuab1046 casting out demons and discipling others are two different things. Just because we are all called to make disciples doesn't mean all of us are ready to be leaders, some of us are still eating baby food spiritually.

Which new believers? Paul would be one of the greatest examples of a teacher and leader in the New Testament. Scholars believe Paul was saved around 4-7AD and the first letters are estimated to be written around 48-49AD (Galatians) meaning it took Paul 40 years to Mature as a follower of Christ before writing any teachings.

@@TDLayitdown, To a degree, I agree. However, my issue is with the perspective that we must feel ready or avoid sharing the gospel due to potential judgment or concerns about how we might be perceived. These are ungodly attitudes. Moses worried about his speech, and Jeremiah felt too young, but those limitations are ones we create, not Jesus. It's similar to the concept of "who told you you were naked" in Genesis. Scripture does not specify an age requirement or length of time before one can lead others to Christ.
