I"m betting that 99% of those reading (or making) comments on this brilliant music video have NO clue who Busby Berkeley was or even the June Taylor dancers that Jackie Gleason's show made famous. June Taylor came after Berkeley who revolutionalized the art of choreography using synchronized dancers in fabulous costumes. The gurney sequence here is a prime example of such creativity. In addition to the song and the music, another shout out to the costume designer who illustrates a dangerous subject via costuming and effects to the max. . It's rare when a song and a video hits one out of the park using every component in the arsenal but this song/video is flat out sensational.

He stumbled into the kitchen at the restaurant I was tending bar. The doors of the kitchen were exactly like those of the mens/womens restrooms. He was three sheets to the wind. Some quick witted waiter spun ol Jackie around and pointed through the door. . ."it's THATAWAY". One of the funniest fucking things I've ever seen. On his show, the June Taylor dancers used elaborate precision routines ala Busby Berkeley but the thing that made their precision so visual was the overhead camera shots that made the dancers look like they were being viewed through a kaleidoscope. Really nice. Check out an old JG show.
