So far in this Episode 3, I am getting quite adequate English translations of the Chinese subtitles by getting an automatic translation under the star key to the right of CC.

Yes EP 1 to Ep 3 has English subtitles but from Ep4 and soon no English subtitles

As I guessed at the beginning of the first episode, there was a mole (spy) in the Police, and it is at the head guy, and not only is he a spy, he is working with baddies who want to control the world. The worst of the worst, just like most of the Double 007 movies. So in this drama, William Chan is 007 but working for himself.
