I have an awesome Dame Dash story. Many moons ago, I was a pregnant make-up artist. Everytime he saw me working, he ALWAYS made sure his driver took me home to Brooklyn (Bed-Stuy). The artist I was working with wasn't even his artist, I had a husband who would pick me up & I could get my own car home. Yet still, EVERY time he saw me & my big belly, he would make sure I was chaffuered home safely in a lovely black truck. He was such a gentleman!

Dame ain’t lying. Jay-Z came to DC years ago and hung out with local Go Go group Rare Essence who had a local hit called “Overnight Scenario” that had been popular in the DMV area for a long time. After that weekend, Jay went back to New York and recorded “Do It Again (Put Your Hands Up)”, which is a direct rip off of “Overnight Scenario”. They sued Jay over that. Both he and Beyoncé steal mad shit from other artists and they have the influence to get away with it. But when you look at it, no one more successful, no big heads, ceo's, etc. wants to work with him. Everyone "under" him stays under him. Jay z was the only one who wanted something bigger than Dame, to surpass him, and look at how that went. Dame wants to be incharge, and doesn't want to work with anyone else. If he does, he does not look at them as equal/partners, he looks at them as his subordinate. Tell me a successful, thriving company that has one person in charge and making all the important decisions? There is none. There might be a CEO that holds the top position in any company, but there is always a board of chairmans that individually sit lower than the CEO, but together as a board, their collective decision overrides the CEO'S decision and even have the power to replace the CEO.
