He originally is a bassist and for once they let him play it, instead of guitars and keyboards. He sure wanted to impress and let it all out! But he is really good actually

This is a fabulous song and the live performance adds another dimension to the studio version. Such a fabulous voice and an incredible backing - the synthesisers completely fill the soundstage and complement the stunning vocal performance 👌
