Thank you Pastor Evans for the word. I'm not going to get political but we all need Jesus. I'm 66 and never saw the world ready to implode. I pray to the Lord that everyone can settle down in Jesus name I pray. I stay at home and take care of my disabled husband and I listen to Pastor Evans everyday. @luChewy8458 you are not alone. My wife is a young adult like you (same age) and God has placed her in the position to be caregiver of me as I live with a crippling rare brain disease. Putting the Lord first has helped us both. With that we can witness to others for His glory. I agree with the genuine anointment of pastor Evans. Notice he is one of the few high profile preachers that do not come under attack on the Internet. For as long as I've known him, his life is a great example for us. Focus on being at peace, it will allow you to hear the holy spirit which will teach you the gospel of Christ.. your going to make mistakes but understand it's not a mistake it's a lesson. Focus daily on the fruits of the spirit. It's an outline on how to make it in this world as a follower of Christ. I'm beyond proud of you for giving yourself to our father God at your age ❤

Amen. I don't want to offend anyone, but you have some people who are not true believers. So it's hard to relate to them. They teach the gospel and know the word but are not true believers. Have you ever interacted with someone and they speak life into you and your soul. Then you go around others and there is nothing but words. Pastor Evans you walk, talk and teach the gospel.

Comment 1 - Hi Dr. Evans, thank you for this message. I had to think about this a bit. I understood everything you said, but can you teach a message that explains the rewards we will receive in heaven AFTER the Bema seat judgement.? Specifically, what happens to those who are saved as though by fire, but do not have works equivalent to gold, silver and precious stones, but whose works burn up because they are equivalent to wood, hay, and stubble? We know they are saved because the common salvation in Jude is a gift that we are given when God makes us alive together with Christ (the calling) so we are no longer dead in our sins and tresspasses. We are sealed until the day of redemption (The Bema Seat Judgement?) and the salvation of our spirit is complete. But the salvation of our soul comes at the end of our faith (1 Peter 1:3-9). - 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, 5 who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith-more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire-may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, 9 obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

Why is the cruise called the “Tony Evans” cruise and not “Oak Cliff”?

Part 2 of Comment 1 - Then, in Revelation we see some of the rewards we will receive as members of the bride of Christ(the election - these are those that have works equivalent to gold, silver and precious stones because the Bible says that the wedding garment of the bride is made up of the righteous acts of the saints - (Rev 19:8 - It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.) So here are the rewards I understand that we will receive beyond eternal life AFTER the bema seat judgement: Rev 2: 7... To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’ Rev 2:10...Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.... .Rev 1:11 The one who conquers will not be hurt by the second death.’ Rev 2:17...To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it. Rev 2:23....and I will give to each of you according to your works. 24 But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not learned what some call the deep things of Satan, to you I say, I do not lay on you any other burden. 25 Only hold fast what you have until I come. 26 The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, 27 and he will rule[c] them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star. Rev 3:4....people who have not soiled their garments, and they will walk with me in white, for they are worthy. 5 The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. Rev 3:10...10 Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth. 11 I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown. 12 The one who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God. Never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name. Rev 3:18 .....18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. 19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. 21 The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. My thoughts - Many teach that these scriptures pertain to unbelievers...but it is clear that these verses are to Believers...the church...and only the church ...not to unbelievers who will go through the white throne judgement....not to the Jews who when the blindness have been removed from their eyes and they go through the tribulation (believers have already been raptured according to 1 Thess 4) (Gentile unbelievers also go through the tribulation, but its main purpose is really for the Jews who will prayerfully not take the mark of the beast, but will endure or in some cases be sadly martyred....but will be redeemed out of the tribulation that is shortened so that they might be saved. They, along with the 144,000 sealed Jews will be saved) Question: I'm still trying to understand or determine if Gentile Unbelievers who are alive at the beginning of the tribulation will have an opportunity to refuse the mark of the beast and be saved as a result of the witnessing of the 144,000 who are propagating the Gospel (in the absence of the church who has already been raptured.....Look at these verses....A Great Multitude from Every Nation 9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”13 Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?” 14 I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 “Therefore they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any scorching heat. 17 For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
