The 1st one is from the sequal to a scratch mod called Greyscale, which is really good and the 2nd is from one of the best official mods called Express, with one the characters that you saw named Locke having a gag where he ends up in tons of different mods since he's supposedly on the run.

Secret 2 is Locke from express another incredibox mod

PC ver is completed Scratch mod was cancelled by scratch itself and the creator got banned. PC version had a whole team who took their time Scratch version was a solo project that WASN'T due to be published or teased by June, yet people (as always) wanted it to be shown although the creator said that it still needs some improvements, animation and 2 or 3 scenes to be animated (it would've been scenes-included if people didn't rush it) Btw, the sounds on both original and remake run on a 12-second cycle I have been examining the original and I came to the conclusion 🤓 that it has 2 separated musics if I can say so. And the cherry on top, you didn't even look into allthe files and lore behind each one Especially the 6-year-old female duck
