This review from IMDB is gold🤣🤣 "A narc (played by the writer and director of the film) gets involved in a love triangle between two barely legal girls in between shooting minorities and having uncomfortable spaghetti dinners with the fathers of his high school aged lovers. He calls all the friends of one of the girls a bunch of wh*res and then gets shot and dies at the end. Somehow he is the good guy of the film, but at least it has a happy ending. I give it a 13/12."

If you're 40 and you want to date a 20 year old, then hey whatever I'm not going to go to congress to get them to create a new law against it; this fucking guy was grooming her since she was in what looks to be MIDDLE SCHOOL and talks about how good she looked back then. Absolute, 100% pedo. He could have brushed over all of that and made it way less creepy, but he chose to focus on it throughout the whole movie, which really looks like he wanted to shove it in everyone's faces like "Yeah, I was able to LEGALLY bang this girl I have been obsessing over since she was a minor."

It’s also written, produced and directed by Steve Sayre. It’s fun bad and way less creepy. Also, the back of the DVD case to Rampage lists the director as Steve Savage. I think it’s an alias he sometimes uses. He also uses the name Stephen Calamari.

Not gonna lie, I was low-key expecting a Nord VPN ad at the end when you mentioned watching this on a VPN. This movie feels like his creeper manifesto and used the "story" of the police officer to justify the creepiness even more.

oh man i can't wait to watch erin squirm lol. as a woman myself when i saw a previous review for this, i felt icky watching it. especially when the main character starts talking about how "women are only good for sex". you know damn well thats not just a joke in the movie to him lol. not to mention the movie is about "college girls". yeah right. hes so honorable in how he handles these 2 girls who love him, such an honorable man! a cop and military man! i like how mandys college party also has 14 year olds, because thats who college kids want at their parties: 14 year olds. again its obvious the main guy wanted the girls to be 16, not college age. the one girl he knew since she was a kid is the more disgusting of the 2 romances in the movie too. the idea one of my dads friends would say i looked hot as a kid would make me vomit so fast. edit: ill give the movie this too: it takes place in the 90s even though the movie is made in like 2004 and they made it look like it was fugging made in the 90s lol. the whole movie looks like shot on shideo and was made in 1993 rich evans also made an analogy i agree with about the main guy in the movie too. "he looks like clark kent if clark kent wasn't superman". thats exactly how i felt about him too lol i will say as much as i hate gross movies like this, they are entertaining to watch. its like a car wreck, its horrible but you have to look because of how interesting it is.

I honestly think this guy might have been a real cop or had links to them at some stage. For a budget like this those cop uniforms and equipment look good. Maybe some reals cops who knew real person/subject of the movie acted as free extras not knowing how creepy they would make him appear. ETA: I phrased that badly. So maybe an egotistical bloke used /conned some cops who worked with a colleague who died on duty to make a vanity project while pretending it would be a "true life" portrayal.
