I know this foundation.. heard about it a year ago. it is actually called ''এক টাকায় আহার'' which means " meal in exchange of 1 taka" . It is really awesome to hear that people knoe Bangladesh...

I live in Bangladesh and I am grateful.... Also Bangladesh went through alot for what we are now....Poor but people here are very open hearted and good :) Edit: I feel proud and our country is the only country that actually fought for Thier language.. Plz read Bangladeshi history for the mughal, British to the Pakistani(liberation war)...Have great day

Bangladesh’s GDP growth rate is 7.9% unlike Pakistan’s 1.5%. The foreign exchange reserves held by Bangladesh are to the tune of $41 billion as against Pakistan’s $20 billion. Only on remittances, Pakistan is ahead of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has a population of 164 million as compared to Pakistan’s 220 million.

I was born in Bangladesh and am here right now i never see channels on tourism visit Bangladesh or talk about it and i LOVE It when they do go to Bangladesh or talk about bangladesh because big tourist barely intraduce it so it's rare

Such a beautiful program it is, 1 taka meal. They served their meals to front liners when all the restaurants were closed due to coronovirus pandemic lockdown. Great work by the organizers, eager to help and fearless. Thank you for highlighting this '1 taka meal' program. Appreciate it.

Here are some wise words from a person who grew up in Bangladesh and is currently here. Bangladesh is way smaller than Texas but has a population 8x Texas, or at least I think so. Meaning that the way people get around tends to get a little... busy. I'll leave the rest for you to experience for yourselves. (oh and to get there, plane tickets cost about 1000 dollars.)
