Oh my goodness, Dana! What a crazy hunt! I swear Al just wanted to come home with you so badly! Definitely funny at first, but it definitely gets frustrating after a bit. I don't think Wilbur has ever taken me to that many repeats before! And little miss Poppy seemed to find herself hilarious for showing up so much after soooo many hunts of searching for her for Seasoned. Hi Nattalie! Al was certainly trying his hardest to get on the island.....and then Poppy just teasing me by showing her face over and over! Lol. Although it was a very long hunt to find the villagers I wanted for the island, I did think this hunt was a lot of fun. I got frustrated at the end, but looking back now I just have to laugh. That was such a crazy hunt! Your villager hunts are always so entertaining, but oh man, this one must have been so frustrating! I can't believe the number of times you saw Al and Zucker. So happy you found Ava - she was my first normal villager (and the first villager I ever saw on a Nook Mile Island) and she stayed on my island for quite a while before I finally made the tough decision to let her go 😢 I definitely want to have her again on a future island where she fits the theme better!

Hi Emma! I'm so glad to hear you find the villager hunts entertaining. 🥰Even though it can get frustrating when it takes too long, I really did have a lot of fun on this hunt. It was just so crazy seeing the same faces over and over again! I'm so glad to have finally found Ava. She is adorable and I think should fit the theme nicely. I love that she was your first normal villager. It's hard to let them go sometimes when they ask to leave, but I know you will find her again on another island. So glad you were eventually successful! Yay! I have suffered through Wilbur’s capriciousness many times. He’s hard core, but for some reason he’s still one of my fave NPC characters in ACNH. I love your dialogues with him and Orville. I thought I’d die when you got stung by wasps after everything else. But you triumphed in the end. 😅

Thanks so much my friend. 💕 Wilbur is definitely hard core. He takes his pranking very seriously. LOL. But I agree that he is one of my favorite NPC characters as well. And I can't believe it about that wasps! Out of all the trees on that island, I happened to "bang my head" on the wrong one. It was just an added bonus for a bad day I guess. It’s so hard for the first hunt when the game limits the personalities. At least you’ll give a nice home temporarily to your first peppy even if they aren’t staying. Fantastic hunt!! If I put my plots and they get automatically filled how can I kick those villagers out? I got barold and I wan't him off so bad😭😭😭😭

Hi. I'm so sorry your plots were auto filled. Unfortunately, you will have to wait until they ask to leave before you can move them out. However, I often do time traveling to speed up the process. A few things I have noticed is that if the villager was the last one to move in on the island, they won't get a thought bubble asking to leave. However if these were your first 3 plots, just move in the campsite villager, and it should take care of that issue. You can then time travel ahead about 15 days. One of the villagers should have a thought bubble. If they do not, then keep time traveling up a day or so until you see a villager with the thought bubble. If the villager with the thought bubble is NOT Barold, then just DON'T talk to that villager, close your game, and time travel to the next day. The thought bubble should transfer to another villager. You can keep doing that until it gets to Barold. The reason you don't want to talk to the other villagers with a thought bubble is because it will then reset the timeframe of when a villager will ask to leave back to 15 days in the future. But if you don't talk to them, you can keep moving ahead one day at a time and a new villager should have a thought bubble. I hope that makes sense. If you don't like to time travel, then you will just need to wait until they ask to leave on their own.

New theory: Wilbur is Al's stalker and you just happened to go villager hunting on a busy day for Wilbur (bc he had to stalk Al). Maybe he likes the butty cheeks?? It's sus. 👀 Also, how were you able to find my 2 fav villagers 😭(Gala & Ione)
