He wasn't that good for that long. He didn't have that big of a leg, and other guys were more accurate.

I never knew this story on Mare Can’t remember if it was preseason 2005 but another former Dolphin AJ Feeley also got injured once in pregame introductions where a teammate slapped him on the butt and he pulled a muscle cause of it. This video is on KZread somewhere

It was during the 2004 game in Seattle. Feeley was already injured and David Bowens slapped right on the injured area.

I absolutely popped at the pickleball story. I can relate about the importance of staying hydrated while playing.

The Saints, Seahawks, Panthers and Bears are the 4 other teams Mare kicked for after leaving Miami. That's the connection

As a Panthers fan I know for sure Mare kicked for us and was awful, so I assume the other helmets were the other teams he played for. I always forget how good Mare was in Miami because he was sooooo bad in Carolina
