it was 1966 these covenants were ratified in the United Nations. It was ratified by Canada in 1976

@@KellyAOlivo and yet the stinking government ignores the spirit of the covenants when they are under contract to bring all the the great covenants to us but they hid it from us and it was the marx communist Pierre Trudeau who did that to us. Why isn't it in the school system.
