free will exists, not all prophetic words are automatically done, some are dependent on obedience and whether we live properly before God There's Scripture that says if God speaks of a nation to build it up, but then they act wickedly before God, God will relent of the good He said He'd do, and vice versa, is God says judgment is coming, but you repent and turn away from the sin/wickedness and turn to God, God will relent of the judgment
