Real question, not trying to take the piss...but why does it matter to you? I mean, I know it's not the norm but why does it matter what that individual wears? Is it offensive to you or is it just because you don't understand why? So you can have implied right of way on private property, but they can set their own rules/policies, like if there's no filming, dancing, shouting, drinking etc allowed and you don't adhere to those rules they can remove your right to be there, although they cant legally stop you from doing those things, except ask you to leave

I think it's wonderful that the guy is wearing a skirt. I am in Australia and a looooong time ago when in high school, the boys winter uniform was trousers but the girls still had to wear skirts. We wanted to wear trousers as well. We complained non stop to the headmistress she was so angry that in a very public assembly with parents present, one of whom was with a local news paper, she stood up an announced that the girls had to stop their complaining immediately and added when the boys decide to make a change and wear skirts, the girls will be allowed to wear trousers. Well, you probably guessed what happened. The every one of the senior boys arrived at school wearing skirts. It made it to the local newspaper thanks to the parent and then on to national news. It took 3 days for the head to admit she was defeated. I still love those guys, and Russ, I still want my skirt back. 😂😂 I think it also happened in the UK when boys wanted to wear shorts instead of trousers in the heat, they wore skirts instead.
