The cotton bales are being moved to the cotton gin and the farming continues with spraying and trying to make a start on sowing the chickpeas in the cotton stubble.

    I can’t say nothing I got 7 here in the states I live in a deep dark hollow in south eastern Kentucky that has to have sun light pumped into it so that’s about the funniest thing to do 😂😂

    We used to build hay (lucearn) castles during the harvest, it was a way to get the children helping and give us something to do after it was stacked. It was also a good way to get us out of the house. I miss those days of not wearing PPE. The wheat looks good. Safe travels for the family.

    Brad I was wondering how long before you put a blade on your Ute 😂😂 when you stated you would use the front of your dozer to support the cotton bale then realised you were in your Ute really made me laugh ,top vlog once again , and congratulations to Matt and family for the welcoming of another Jackson best wishes from Tassie

    that wheat looks incredible.....the fill, weed control, color, growth rate.....wow....and already getting a spray on it......and quick question of Bradley is on vacation can he still break things?.....I know nothing about chickpeas to know how that crop looks, but if you say it looks good then that is great and with the seed still on it those are young plants still.....the weed control looks great though.....winter 2024 looks like a great start for ya'll 🤠🐂

    Love the banjo in some of that theme music. Wire weed and under vine straw was the cover croppers nightmare sowing midrow crops.

    Don’t the irrigation guys have a cotton puller, (it used to be made of car tyres to grip the plant), that rips the plant out by the roots then shreds it? Cotton plant is a hibiscus tree as you can tell from the flower so very woody. Thanks for the video.

    On the Jeep that collects mud, have you tried the Lanolin product on the underside to aid the mud falling off when it is washed? Think i would be using it if I had a 4 x 4 now, having said that I don’t know what the underside of a L-R looks like these days.

    Do you always plant ur rows in the same direction or do you alternate directions to avoid compacting the soil by staying in the same position

    We try keep them the same so all the compaction happens in the same spot👍

    Australian native law? For us on the plains of France, it would be a real nuisance. It's a good thing we reorganized the land 50 years ago, but now the environmentalists are preventing us from tearing up anything.

    Im not a farmer at all so excuse my ignorance here please but can someone please explain why i always see the odd random tree here and there in the middle of the fields? Why dont they remove them? Seems like a pain to go round em

    after cotton harvest, why not sow with a strong diagonal of the old cotton lines? What kind of game are these piles designed to hide? 🌋🐀
