Holly's style is refreshingly laid back. Its like having a chat with a friend. Always practical, always on point, and profoundly simple. I am covering up things. As today I'm going through something that I cover up and thought I was doing a good job but the only job I'm doing is making myself so miserable I needed this so much. Please pray to help me uncover this so I can be free and live a somewhat normal life.

wow mama furtick.. you have blessed me today, i Just diagnosed with a genetic disorder and I have been told to a simple thing to help overcome this disorder but i woudnt listen to that, i am going to doctors and therapist and for help while God is really telling me that my answer is simple... i am going to watch this sermon over and over over again. thank you for helping me ....AND OH, i am a guy...thanks mama furtick..

First time hearing Mrs Furtick preach and wow I'd like to repeat what someone said that it is Liberating. It's amazing how this message has come to me as the right time. I'm starting a new series Check Yourself Baby on my channel that God gave me and it is exactly in line with this word. LITERALLY.! The Slogan being Taking care of the Internal as much as we do our External. It's sadly mind boggling the amount of cover up we do physically and not so physically.

Holly is awesome. She changed my mind on a lot of things about women preaching. Respect and love, praying for her

Im dealing with this EXACT issue in my character right now, and after hearing Holly, I have a much clearer perspective to approach rebuilding myself. My relationship with God, myself and others. SUCH A VITAL MESSAGE! I’m struggling with jealousy which is weird because I’m confident in my looks 💭😣 it’s seriously killing me , the more I try to reach out to God for healing the crazier I feel and get . I LOVE people, so I thought! BUT when I get into a jealous state of mind I get bitter and rude but heartless and feel possessed it’s the worst feeling I have ever had . Im struggling with PTSD and I found myself blaming my actions on that . I refuse to take the meds because I understand with me it’s just a will power and if I can get my mind right then I will be fine , I don’t want to cover it up with a bandage 🤕 please say a prayer for me 💕

I am at a point in my life where I am dealing with some stuff that I don't want to cover up anymore. so want I saw the title of this message I knew that it was something that I needed. after watching I thank the Lord the Honesty Simplicity Vulnerability Consistency that pastor has shared with us through her experiences. Thank You for your sincerity and your word. This was a very great outlook, open mind and reflection by Holly. We do have very bad habits of covering up not only on the outside, but on the inside as well.

She is so right, most of us will talk about some of our issues, not to get help or healing but to get attention because we like drama. Some people are drawn to drama because, like she said, if we stay anger than it does not give us the opportunity to take responsibility for our actions. I find so many of us Christian’s live outlives covering up every day, because often times the life we portray on the outside is not what we live on the inside. The devil loves that he has that hold on us, he does not want us to be free. If we stay in cover up state then it will not give God the opportunity or the room to come in and heal us. Thus we live in misery and never having experienced the real JOY that God has promised us. Thank you for the message Holly.
