I wish my hair takes 14 days to regrow after shaving. For me, shaving only lasts for a day, plucking or waxing lasts for 3-4 days

0:30 this is wrong. It starts to grow back after 20 days. You see nothing for 20 days until tiny dots start appearing after that.

Why don't they make a nanoparticle delivery (cause they already use nano delivery technology) for hair removal/inhibitor agents like: nut grass oil, licorice oil, or citrus acid.

Will laser hair removal evolve in the future? For example instead of 6 sessions it will take 3 sessions or even 1 session?

No, because it has to do with the hair growth cycle to kill the hair folicle. It goes through a growth cycle of 6- 8 weeks. So you need multiples sessions to get the hair in the growth phase. Every hair on your body is on a different growth cycle. So in 1 session you will nog kill all the hair follicles.

It could if they weren't greedy f****** because you can't do anything with the laser itself because all it does is Target pigment that being said they've already add clinical trials and studies utilizing a technique that already exists called photodynamic therapy typically used for skin cancer but I've read several articles that have studied the technique for hair removal with great success in the human clinical trials but they all disappear before 2015 some had resurfaced but they seem to be back to square one even though there's been plenty of studies already beforehand which is very suspicious it makes me believe they're not going to come out with anything new because it's going to go against their profits because they're focused on two different types of consumers new and returning and if it actually works you won't have returning customers and a lot of those returning customers don't go back to laser or IPL they go to razors which if you look at their marketing razor and Laser are partnered to some degree which is a mobilization on hair removal because razor would never want you to be hairless

@@Dietitian_Al_Asmaul_Husna i finally see the good progress now after 8 sessions, my pit hair grow less and thinner. For typical hair like mine, having over 12 sessions is necessary since i still grow some, but for those who have thin and little hair, 8/12 sessions will be enough to get rid of their hair completely.

Hi everyone - just jumping in here as someone who has done all three and is dark-haired with Mediterranean heritage (so fairly hairy!). Shaving gives me in-grown hairs and literally the next day I have regrowth and dark spots in the follicles. Waxing - NO! I got a massive rash and it grew back quickly and for the cost it was pointless and painful. Laser - I had four sessions over 4 months and after that I went down to 1 session every 3 months and I got ZERO in-growns, ZERO dark hair spots, and I had smooth, lovely skin where once was a MESS! Throw away razors end up in landfills and the ocean and as a firm believer in sustainable living as much as possible - laser is the best way to reduce hair growth. YES you have to upkeep it once you have it under control, but compare one treatment every 3 or 6 months or even less if you aren't a naturally hairy person - it's a no-brainer.

  • @Gyunyuu4

Yes it still does. I’ve tried all these methods. As someone who’s quite hairy, shaving grows hair the fastest. I soon feel stubbles after a day or two. Wax only lasts for a week or little bit more but you’ll have to wait for several more weeks just so you can do it again since the hair needs to be long enough. In my experience, laser hair removal is the easiest and more lasting route. It does stay hairless for a month or more (I haven’t completed treatment) and in the one where I go to, you might need once to thrice a year visit even if you’ve completed treatment. But this is better than having to shave your armpits everyday, which darkens the area, pluck them and waste time, or wax them which will give you clear armpits for a week then hairy ones for 3 or more weeks. I think there are more invasive species ones that do permanently stop hair growth, but I guess that’d just be too extreme for me.
