Why can't people just comment anything positive instead of just saying corny dumb jokes like they're trying to do stand up at a nursing home or something it's annoying
How can you see a video like this and not give it a like? It doesn't cost you a thing. This skill will give you serious avuncular cred.

It's so clean and pristine, it's like a drop of life from Yggdrasill itself. Awesome
Love this coin vanish so different from the other vanishes I can find in KZread. It doesn’t involve a trick prop of a sleeve to put it in. Simply beautiful.
How do you show the other hand to be empty and then bring it back though... Always been stumped by that. Awesome trick!
I actually didn’t know this one, or rather I knew a different version with the same concept except it was a simultaneous ditch/ reveal using two coins in the hand. Never thought to use it as a single vanish, cool !
Clean and well explained. Thank you Pete.

Beautiful vanish, great and clear explanation:)
Hey Pete...you're really good! you make it look a lot easier than it is, very impressive 👍🏻
I always clipped it with my pinky and ring finger and had times where I got hung up. Never even considered clipping with the other two lol, thanks. This may help me be cleaner now, thanks 👍!

This is a freaking Gem! Fooled me so hard before the tutorial. Almost looked like a video edit. Thank you for sharing
You make it look so easy!
Been reading books , practicing, but your video helped a lot!! TY
It's pretty smooth too!
Beautiful vanish Pete. Thank you!
Heard that intro jingle and immediately subscribed. Thank you algorithm
Brilliant! Love it! 👌
Ha, i love it! Your delivery is perfect, your personality was made for an audience.
The song by itself.. worth a subscribe...
I was into magic and performing it for crowds in high school. This just inspired me to get back to it.
Good thing I've played plenty of guitar and built independence and some fitness on fingers for baseline. Love how smooth this really is. Even after you showed how it's done, the act was so smooth that you stole it right under the noses again and again. Because you made it so natural to bring the hands together. Part of it is "talking with your hands", as in being emotive when you speak and having it come naturally. I figured there's a pretty neat sequence if you do this and then act surprised it isn't in the hand you put it in, point at it with your finger (the coin still hidden in the pointing hand) and put the coin back in that palm at the same time as you curl it closed and move your pointer finger to your nose ore scratching your temple in confusion. Then you figure it out that of course it must be in your pointing hand, open it and act even more surprised, look at your closed fist in disbelief and open it up to find that the coin actually IS there like you put it.
Great trick … I will be trying this for sure
Love your presentation. Thanks
Love it! Super cool. Now I need to practice
This is a very instructive tutorial and I will definitely try this… Thank you very much for the lesson - the trick indeed does seem very deceptive.
Thank you, you are so wonderful.
this is gold! i didn't have a coin so i just did it with a balled up napkin and fooled myself! now i'm doing it with my left.

Hey Pete! Wonderful job again. I learned this many years ago & I can't remember from what book, or who the originator(s) are. I know that this was used extensively by Slydini, Mark Wilson & many other other greats. However, You do it fantastic. You're a very joyful person.

I will guess that this is older than book taught magic. I will bet it will be in Harlan Tarbell's original letters. I went to look it up but those books are still packed away :)

@@growsomeplace9987 Hey thank you for your comment & I think you may be correct. I have the full Tarbell collection. Slydini would use this move, and rest his hand near the edge of the table & not move it while he talked (perfectly still). His psychology was fantastic, because people would be burning their attention on the coin hand. Then, in a simultaneous act of picking up a wand or object, he would lap the coin. For a split second the audience would shift their attention to the other hand. It was so convincing because of the pause and misdirection that it was impossible to catch him. He was genius! There are many excellent applications for this move, I love it, & Pete does it perfect!!!
un genio !! congrats ❤❤❤
I ENJOY-JOYED THAT TRICK !
I loved the clean demonstration of false put. I knew exactly what he was doing, and it still deceived me.

I can't do magic whatsoever, but still enjoyed this video. I also subscribed so I can watch you teach me magic tricks that I i will never use... lol.
6:40 Knowing the trick now but still got me haha
I had a big interest in slight of hand when I was young and I tried sometimes quite successfully to learn various tricks with coins, thimbles and cards. I eventually realized I had fingers that weren't very suited for concealment. I had fingers that were not very meaty and had big spaces between my fingers. Frustrated I gave it up. Couldn't pinch coins between my fingers or hide palmed cards. Enjoyed the trick thanks.
Very nice and smooth. Thanks for sharing 👍😉😉😁🎩🪄✨✨🫲 🏴👍👍😉😁
