The 1yr bond is either you can choose to be a medical officer (MO) or house officer (HO) , which can be done now or after completing post graduation, but it’s compulsory.

It is good with respect to infrastructure, naya construction hai toh campus is clean ... With respect to city, nanded is not much developed city like Pune or Mumbai , and college is not in the city, it's in outskirts area. With respect to studies, it depends on your batchmates , some batches study alot , some don't , it's ultimately upon you , self study p jyda focus krna padega! Clinically , you would get to see many different cases , patient load is good enough !
