In my eyes he Is a parasite, I know and have known many like him. His mental issues don't effect him as much as other people around him. I don't personally know him but people who don't love themselves cannot truly love others and this mostly ends in people beeing hurt. He is likable but also he changes relationships really quick and profits from them. I would like him but I would keep my distance I have learned this the hard way. Again, people on medication and not in peace with themselves are a struggle. I hope he finds the courage to deal with his demons, proud of you Pete. Like I am proud of all of my kin. I like Pete man, seems like a genuine guy who wears his heart on his sleeve. I also lost my dad when I was young so I know how he feels. I can see the pain in his eyes and humor is a sort of coping mechanism so it seems. And about all the women, well good for him.

I absolutely love Pete Davidson, likely because I've known so many kids like him. His inner struggle with the famous man he has become, with the pained soul of a sad kid on the inside, makes him such a remarkable comic. No matter how hard Pete tries to make fun of himself, and laugh about the markedly painful events of his life, almost makes me feel bad for laughing. I believe this makes him a remarkable talent; a Staten Island version of Pagliacci.

Heroe is a understatement for what those firefighters are. Rest in peace to all who gave there life's for others.

I really really love videos like this. I've heard WAY TOO MANY people try to talk shit about how celebrities have never had it rough and have never worked a day in their lives and blah blah blah blah. First off, the amount of work they have to put into their career and stay relevant AND maintain or improve quality, is INSANE. Anyone who says that shit has no idea what kind (and amount) of work that shit requires. Second, someone's celebrity status has absolutely no bearing on what someone has or hasn't gone through. (Goes hand in hand with people who think that just because someone is rich that their life is totally perfect and they have nothing to complain about and no right to complain. 🙄 Both mentalities are immature and ignorant as hell.) So videos like this, that explain someone's life and what they went through to get where they are today, are some of my favorites. People forget that celebrities are people too. And things like this help put it into perspective for a lot of the people who need it.

As someone with BPD, I’m really glad Pete talks openly about his struggles. A celebrity having it makes it seem a little more “normal”.

The fact that he had the choice to quit school and focus on his passion is incredible. Some people have passions and can’t afford to stop work/school to do it.

I’ve struggled with both BPD and Crohn’s, I remember finding out about Pete while in hospital for Crohn’s Disease, and he gave me hope and joy when I really felt everything was falling apart. Thank you for making this video :)

I’ve always been a fan of Pete. I love dark humor too, and I’ve got a ton of trauma in my past. Humor is one the best coping mechanisms out there, and I actually have to agree that nothing really gets to be off limits for comedy. -there’s obviously a difference when it’s NOT a joke but rather a pointed comment that someone tries to use as a joke.

I get the sense that Pete is famous almost on accident. To your door-carrying metaphor, I think that's almost spot-on: he just kinda shows up and someone carries him through to new opportunities.

He has dark humor. It doesn't come off at funny to most people. I, for one, love his content. People are just wired differently and appeal to different things. Nothing wrong about it.

It's hard not to respect someone who takes every opportunity that life gives them. Whatever you may think or believe or opinion you may have of Pete you still have to respect his hustle. Considering what he had going against him he did very well something a lot of people with far more opportunities than he ever had have did nothing with.

Pete is the BPD spokesman bro. I have it too and this man gives me hope. I fuckin love this guy man. He keeps it real and he's unapologetic, even if I don't agree with everything he says. Why was he a "true" hero? What makes him different than a regular fire fighter? Cause he died? Lots of firemen died. Cause he died in an explosion? Lots of firemen die in explosions. Or is it because that building happened to explode because our government had evil ulterior money motivated plans for devastation that hurt alot of people? In my eyes all fire fighters are heroes. There was nothing legendary about 9/11 worldwide 1,000s of people die daily. And it was an inside job!! The holiday is a mockery! But because it happened on U.S soil it was a big deal😂🙄cause we're soft over here I salute everyone that risks their life to fight for the defenseless no one is greater than the other and the way/timing/place of death definitely doesn't make you a "hero" unless you gave or risked your life for children or someone else's life. Thus all REAL firemen!

As a aussy, I was like 25 when 911 happened and I can't imagine how that must have been so trumatic for so many Americans. But those firefighters man ! I got to say that they are something I'm proud to know. The idea of walking towards that horror, I feel just a deep respect for those men. Peace and respect from Australia.

I believe, the part of Pete that is like his father. The great guy who loves deeply makes Pete magnetic. I don't know his father, but I can see that in him.

I feel for him for the lose of his Father on 9/11. Thats tragic. I hope he lives his life better an chooses wisely in yrs ahead. Hes still young. Theres only Gods side or the OTHER side folks. 🙏🏻 💯

I lost my mom when I was 17 and a junior in high school. I remember multiple occasions where I felt like people were being kind of cruel with me sometimes and I actually remember thinking like “damn, does no one remember that I just lost my fucking mom?” I was really depressed the next few years and although I had lots of great friends, I felt like most of them did not ever try to understand what I was going through and some even bullied me because the trauma of my mom’s death messed me up so badly that I was a completely different person mentally and it made me awkward and socially anxious in my outward behavior. People can be really mean man. I really feel for Pete that he had to go through that at a much younger age after losing his dad in 9/11. But look at him now!

I never understood the hate, dude seems cool and he’s acknowledged/respected by some top tier comedians - and as a tattoo artist some of his tattoos are terrible from a technical perspective but they suit his character and the aesthetic is cool
