Science is beautifully catching up to what eastern philosophy has been saying for centuries. Love it. 👏

Easy to understand video. Reflecting on past progress is great for inspiration and it's also a bit like gratitude.

To the *worthwhile person* seeing this, your dream is not dead. Don’t allow the past and current pains and hurts stop and define you. You’re more than a conqueror. Rise up and put yourself together. Keep pushing your future depends on it. I wish you all the best in life ❤️.

Great review, as always. I really liked the little reference to Breathing for Warriors. It would be a great idea to insert references to other books that you have read to provide additional context to your audience. It would certainly differentiate your reviews from others on YT and elsewhere.

another great piece of work... is the background music new? each to their own, bit I find it a bit distracting and out of place... I actually stopped the video to see if I had left something on in the room that was playing music.

Western "scientists" copy Indian ancient philosophy and then give it their own Acronyms and Jargon words! And then claim it as their own ideas! Its hilarious! 😜😄
