Bro, A Boulevard is by definition lined on both sides by trees. You should rather say: let's create a boulevard, let's plant trees now. If you do so now, you will see a real boulevard in 1-2 years.

@@OmenErumoore You made a good point but you undermined yourself by being unnecessarily aggressive. The issue is about turning Ossah Road into a boulevard if you know what a boulevard means. It is good to know those agencies exist which can ably do the job. Are you seriously suggesting that the commenter should go and plant trees at Ossah Road or what?. Stop being so belligerent whenever tree planting is suggested, ok.

@@user-zx9vk4ks6z my dear we all live outside and I noticed we love copying their beautiful home structures , cars furniture clothing etc however we shy away from the very thing that is responsible for their all stainless system and that is the western attitude , we know how to designate responsibilities and sit back to complain , outside people put in their best without waiting for anyone , it's very easy if one cares to contribute in planting those flowers , at least to show an example , I have seen people shed tears of joy cos they were given an opportunity to plant a tree in a park , the Ironsi boulevard is already qualified for an Avenue or a Blvd with its standard any other structure around it becomes optional ,
