You are amazing ! I have found you by accident. This is a very important basics to understand for Toll Road facilities which consists of so many items that needs to integrate and function.

So then, Limble is a CMMS and not an EAM - Correct? I'm confused because in the last part of the video you were covering the key features that should be part of an EAM, but examples were being quoted from Limble instead.

You are correct that Limble is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The goal of Limble is to digitize and automate maintenance processes like ticketing, preventative maintenance, asset and parts inventory, and more. A CMMS is a smaller part of an EAM, but we do extend our reach into Asset Lifecycle Management and Asset Depreciation on our Enterprise plan!
