My big brother got me all of my Jordans, starting when I was in elementary with the Cement 4s back in ‘89, but the Shadow 10s were the first Air Jordans I bought with my own money when I was working at McDonald’s at age 16 or 17. I took the city bus across town to Foot Locker to purchase them on a rainy day, even got splashed by a car at the bus stop. Right now I’m sitting on a DS 2018 pair and I’m not sure if I’ll ever wear them.

Congrats!!! So many people sleep on the 10s one of the cleanest Jays especially when the colors are simple can't wait for the shadows this year.

Those Seattle 10’s are definitely a grail cop, especially since the team doesn’t exist. I also have 3 pairs of J’s with green in the colorway and copped the Jordan 10 Charlotte Hornets 2016. Its like having a “Grape” colorway.

Honestly speaking, the craftsmanship of the og pair is not as good as the retros, you can easily notice it on the jumpman logo stitching on the back, it's not proportionate. Most people that are not knowledgeable bout' og j's will call it fake. But those are still a great and iconic sneakers. Glad that you already completed the pack.

I try to get them in my size and am happy these were obtained in my size. When it's all said and done, the next collector I sell them to in the future will be appreciative.

XBLBuLLeT MJ always hated the toe cap. I guess time will tell if they decide to do it. Some pairs of OG Shadows also had a toe cap before MJ asked to stop production.

This Seattle 10 release, is the biggest thing happening this month in the world of OG Jordan's and the actual sneakerheads, to be elitist but every Jordan collector ESPECIALLY here in the Town, has talked about this for years, and at one point just didnt want them to retro. True grail shit. But that is a easy fix glue the back to gather and that is the only thing that happens to 10s 11s 12s 13s 14s 15s but Thay are still wearable just how all them js were mad Thay ant mad with a polyurthen mid sole

As far as I know, Steels and Powder Blues were released in late 1994. Everything else was in 1995.

@@mjo23dan the last DS pair in that size sold for $600 on stockx, the rest of the og 10s sit for years with their prices under $1000 DS. You can attempt to sell for over $1000 with how rare it is but you'll be sitting on them for years 2015 Chicagos in that size would be $1500+ and and space jams around $500 and they're easy flips. I'd take the instant profit over waiting years and years for an og sneakerhead even back when this video released

So that’s the difference between a collector like myself who does it for the love vs someone like yourself that does it for the flip. The pair you see in and around this size on StockX was from 2020. In 2018, I did a trade for used Chicago 1s and DS Jams. There are a grip of space jams and Chicago 1s out there but scarcity of the Sac 10 in DS condition is just something you don’t see very often. If you include them as a set with the rest of the OGs, it’s very enticing to other collectors should I make a sale down the line. Especially for the prices I was able to get for the rest of the colorways, it would make the trade I made back then still worthwhile so it wouldn’t be a loss from my end.
