Nearly 40 years later and I still find myself absent-mindedly singing random portions from this song on at least a weekly basis, yet this is the first time since its release that I've tracked it down to relisten to it.

Also, the female vocalist is Helen Rogers, who worked with Hardcastle on a variety of productions (mostly a bit more seious than this!) throughout the years. Well done to them for having the good sense not to take themselves too seriously and get involved with this. I imagine Rory needed a bit of help with the Emu-lator...

The original Paul Hardcastle’s “19” which is about the Vietnam War actually appears on the South African version of NOW 3

This song was recently covered on our live stream and most people had either forgotten it and tried to forget about it as n-n-n-ninety-nine percentage of people didn't like it

Paul Hardcastle also assisted with this parody, though he went uncredited as his label, Chrysalis Records, were unhappy with his involvement.
