Thats what happens when your cardio doesn't exist. I'm very skilled but when I've bee. Beaten it was due to complete fatigue. Once that sets in you csnt even think about what you're going to throw or do

Yeah but then he kept going for 15 more minutes. Most of us would have passed out in a fraction of the time these guys fought. In Shotokan, we only had 2 minute matches and we weren't even hitting each other very hard but even that was exhausting if you did a couple matches in a row.

*I'm not going to try to tell Bob could fight, but if he had simply continued blasting HmC with leg kicks he would've won. A similar strategy for HmC would've been an easier win.*

This is like doing 0-60 and shift it to neutral, turn off the engine, and coast until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.

At 9:34, Choi's knee to Sapp's jaw was a decisive positive point for Choi but a crucial negative point for Sapp. Nonetheless, it was a rare, interesting fight, cause how often can we come across to see such extraordinary huge 2 giants fighting in the ring? Enjoyed & appreciated it at the comfort of my home in California.( Choi: 7'2'' & 350 pound, whereas Sapp: 6'7-8" & 330 pound at the time of the fight ).,,,,(10/30/23)

This is like a freak show. The punches are slow but I am sure they hurt because of the size of this dude. I thought Bob Sapp was big.

@@temp4743 What I meant was the bigger man doesn't have much speed in his punches, however, because he puts his whole body into the punches (maybe well over 300lbs. of his weight) those punches do damage.

They were both extremely fatigued and had a “CEASE FIRE” agreement several times during the competition. Even the ref gave the several Time Outs, which was cool for The Big Men, 👊🏾🇳🇬🇺🇸

Quite a fight. Both men gave and got tremendous hits. They both have a lot of weight to carry and it had to be exhausting. Hong looks quite a bit younger from what I can see.

Well we might think they slow or weak but that monster is 7 foot 2 (218 cm) and if he hits you straight on your jaw believe me you either will black out or die.... His reach will make it almost impossible to hit him unless you fight like Mike Tyson

They swing 10x and then they are so out of breath they have to stop for a minute. The ref even calls timeout for them. Seems like cardio should be a higher priority in their workouts

All that mass takes a LOT of gas to move. It's like the difference between a diesel powered VW vs a diesel powered heavy haul rig pulling a CAT D11 dozer. One is going to use a lot more fuel a lot faster. Problem is, humans all basically have the same size fuel tank, or at least similar in size.
