Man, flood gates of memories just opened. I spent some time in CI and it was in 1979. Sucio, Cisco and all Dirty Riders are righteous to the end. As an ex Crazy Bishop the pic of Dice ,Rico, Gemini and FatMan was classic. Fat Man was always was smooth and handled his business. Severn always kept it real and rocked the Polar Express. Rebel was a down brother and he was the first person I saw when we got off the train in Coney Island to find out that Savage lost his life. For years I wondered if we had gotten there an hour earlier what wouldve been the outcome. I'll never stop carrying Savage Rivera in my heart. Good brother who was always cracking jokes but ready to handle business. His funeral viewing in his living room stayed engraved in me for many years to come. Little Outlaw we bumped heads when we met but were able to put it behind us and showed respect whenever we saw each other. If my memory serves me right George "Outlaw" Rivera died escaping out of Rikers Island, he was a down brother. Lady Deadeyes Rivera the young sister of Outlaw and Deadeye was one down girl that looked up to her brothers and the lifestyle. Memories of the lifestyles back then that not to many can relate to. SIP to all the brothers that we just covered in this post. One Love for sharing and taking me back..

This is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for this King. It was Jesse aka "Red" that held me down as a youth when I was coming up. I have mad love for him and his entire Family. And its a fact, he had dudes that didnt rock the colors, but we would go on a word from him quickly. Respect, Respect, Respect!!!

I worked the parks as a kid. Sid’s. We painted the Cyclone and Thunderbolt every Spring. I walked around with a big stuffed animal for Thunderbolt park in the 70’s. When people asked me where I won it from, my job was to say, “The ring toss. It was so easy.” The lion, tiger, or whatever it was, went back to the ring toss booth every 30 minutes. Little man Vin used to slip a ring on a bottle and announce, “We got another winner here!” Back on my shoulders it went. I worked at Nathans. I learned how to maintain the punching bag machines (the new digital type suck). And yes, I knew everyone, no matter who you were down with. Everyone was cool with us because a “family” from Red Hook owned the park. If you were down, you could go in the back where they played cards and chill in the AC with them. A lot of stories from the C.I. days. Sheepshead/Nostrand Houses in the House.

Wow, I was in P.S.253 , maybe around 10 or 11 years old. 1979-80. We was "the T-birds of Brighton beach". (From the movie "Grease") we would say to each other. Someday , we gonna run with " C.I.Saints" aka " C.C.Riders" aka "Dirty Riders". Got into trouble a few times, until i had to move to Pennsylvania.

I wish nyc gangs from 70's had ruled hip hop. It would had been different. Nyc will be in charge and keeping every out of towners in check. From Cali to chi town. You want to rap you sign with whatever nyc gang had control or agreements etc. Yo dudes are lucky that these 60 's and 70's gangs are gone. Well they were more as clubs the media called them gangs.
