6/30/24 i went into the Club of PP CHECK IN is easy and space is plenty. My WestJet was an early flight so plenty of space and breakfast. Then my flight was delayed. How sweet to be able to get back in for another rest. People are super nice they let me back in instead of waitlist for 30-40 minutes! I’ll be back many times. Love CSR and Priority Pass. Thank Sebby!

I have recently been in the sapphire lounges at JFK LGA and BOS they are each so different. LGA had the best vibe. I tried LHR lounges the food was trash MCO is good, can’t wait to try SFO after your video!

The cool ceilings are called coffered with the recessed panels. The back lighting puts a nice mood.

Thanks for this video. I'll be in SFO next month and will definitely visit this lounge. I fly Delta and have been to both the Centurion and Delta lounges at SFO and this seems to blow them away. Centurion is an odd layout. The Delta lounge is fine but this one looks more interesting.

🌲 based in sf and so happy it's finally opened. The club is on a roll with this lounge and the JFK sapphire by the club lounge. I was just there this morning for opening and breakfast around 10 am. Beautiful decor and fast, tasty made to order food in terminal 1 = S tier lounge. Definitely first day pains with so many people, the front desk and help desk were unable to tell me what the amenities were, and the breakfast menu was truncated (ran out?) but I overheard the management team plotting how to streamline everything. Very hopeful

Denver’s Capital One lounge is pretty nice

🌳 looks like an absolute winner! P2 flies through SFO, and I will share this review. Biggest concern is that it's probably going to be such a hit that it will be crowded, which is actually a good opportunity for visiting the other lounge options.

🌳 this will be our first introduction to priority pass on our way to Japan in October!

The Club at SJC is also very solid, by the way!

T1 is now also Alaska territory as of this month!

Cool, I usually just go to the Virgin one in SFO. Atleast something new to try in August for me

How is the Virgin Lounge at SFO? I think that one is Plaza Premium accessible, correct? I've not needed to fly into/sortie SFO lately, but with these two options it seems better than LAX options.

@@ryanshannon6963 i think the Virgin Atlantic one is little better and has better food. If you need to take shower go there, you don't book it or anything. Edit: yeah LAX is lacking for PP. Atleast Chase Sapphire lounge is coming.

I’m not in the Bay Area a whole lot 🌳 but that looks beautiful! Hope to get something that decadent to compete with the Centurion in DFW.

🌳 1) not bad (see you there next month. 😂) 2) now that PP restaurants are basically obsolete with CCs Portland really needs a PP lounge. 3. It looks a lot nicer than moat of the domestic PP lounges I've seen. (If you don't include Sapphire lounges in that) I've been to 3 Sapphire lounges and will add Boston and this lounge next month. Looking forward to it.

🌴this looks like a great option for terminal 1 - we just flew to JFK a few weeks ago and would have really loved to have this option. Had to go through security twice to use the centurion lounge since there were no real options in terminal 1. Hopefully this doesn't become too popular by the next time we fly out of SFO.

🌳Reminds me a bit of the Chase Sapphire Lounge with the QR codes to order food, which is also operated by “The Club”. I wonder if they’re taking the concepts from there and bringing them to their core brand? Anyways, happy to see The Club chain of lounges building a really nice lounge! Usually I have pretty middling expectations for The Club lounges but this actually looks competitive with Chase’s and Amex’s lounges.

Oh, Sebby, you did too great a job!! I'm in SFO. The Club has a 35-40 min wait!!

🌲🌳🌴 I had NO idea it was that good. I often come through SFO on UA flights which is a good full walk on the other side but it looks worth it if I have a long enough layover. Puts the UA lounges to absolute shame. I have yet to exercise my Priority Pass card so I'll be sure to next time I'm through there. Thanks for the amazing review! PHX is in need of a good lounge and CSR can't bring one fast enough. Also LAX. The only good lounges in the system are at TBI, and that really only works if you're flying international -- the rest are so, so. It would be amazing if one of these style lounges could go on the Terminal 4,5,6,7,8 network side and another on the Terminal 1,2,3 side.

Could you do a video on Escape Lounges now extending to Priority Pass? I’m sure many have priority pass at smaller airports that it may benefit.

🌳 Beautiful lounge. DTW North Terminal could use a lounge like this. North Terminal houses everyone except Delta and most international airlines. The only lounge currently in the North Terminal is Lufthansa’s Senators Business Lounge. Keep the great videos coming👏🏾👍🏾

DTW is my home airport and severely lacking in the lounge department. It was the sole reason for me getting the Amex platinum.

I took a United Flight out of SFO to Japan and there were zero Priority Pass lounges in the Terminal. Ended up spending $60 at a ok restaurant smdh

I think there's one Plaza Premium lounge in SFO (can't remember off the top of my head), but this lounge will help me in not further avoiding SFO when flying to Asia (if needed). AF/KLM are opening a new lounge at LAX and if that's Priority Pass/Plaza Premium accessible then I'll finally stop avoiding the two airports like the plague.

Hi Sebby, great video as always, this lounge is incredible! SFO is my main airport as well, so looking forward to checking this out next time I fly. I tend to fly United typically, so gonna have to arrange to show up even earlier than I usually do for my flight to fully take advantage though haha. I recently put a tool together to help compare credit cards, and would love your feedback if you had a chance. I sent over an email some time back with some more details, and would be honored to hear your thoughts!

Great lounge and it is par on the best business/first class lounges in the USA and way above the other lounges that flying members can enter via Lounge Buddy and Priority Pass. I just hope the SFO Club lounge will keep up its opening great quality of food and services past its first year.

Which card/card combo would you recommend for a soon-to-be solo traveler who couldn't care less about lounges and hotels/fancy stuff but is going backpacking for a year and just wants to get as much money back on flights/airbnb/other travel, dining and groceries and who would also use the card for all other purchases from a-z, and who never carries a card balance?

Any bets on when they start waitlisting people? I was there at 9am on the opening day (today) and it was jammed.

I mostly fly out of terminal 3, is it worth the hike over with Centurion Lounge so close? The food has never been great at CL and I love congee!

The Club has been upping their game. The newer one at LAS, while nowhere near as nice as this, is miles ahead of the old spot. 🌳

🌳is the Club SFO intended more for domestic travelers. I’ll be flying next week on Zip Air. Maybe Amex lounge will be better for International travelers. Thanks for the video.

Looks nice. Not quite as nice as the Chase Sapphire lounges at LGA or BOS, which The Club also operates, but somewhat similar. I think they've learned from their partnership with Chase.

Polaris. There's no other way to access that lounge.

San Jose needs to get a huge renovation especially being closer to Silicon Valley. 😩 Looks great & I’ll check it out. But of course I’ll go to the Centurion & Delta. San Jose needs those latter also! UGH! Come on now SJC get with it. It’s Silicon Valley!

🌲 Dang it, why don’t they have something this nice in the international terminal?! Coulda used that earlier this month. (Didn’t know International could access the other terminals, either.) Allocate 10-15 min to walk over. They finally completed construction, so all of the terminals are connected now.

Why would they have such a nice PP lounge? What’s the catch?

🌲1) this lounge looks great, the best "The Club" space yet. It might outcompete the Turkish IAD lounge for best Priority Pass lounges in the US. 2) PHL and ORD need better priority pass options. Major airports and your options are slim!
