1, delete all mobile phone Bluetooth records, and turn off the phone Bluetooth 2, open the charging compartment cover and press the charging compartment button to make the bottom of the headset all become Blue, release the charging button, 3. Wait for the blue light to go out (if you have not turned off, repeat the above steps) 4, close the charging compartment cover, wait 20 seconds to start connecting to the phone Bluetooth

Leave them both out of the case until they are totally discharged. Then put them back in. Worked for me guys.
