I feel this is the result people were expecting/afraid of when the Harden trade happened. I'm not dissapointed tbh Harden doesn't feel serious about basketball as a whole. Russ said he doesn't care THAT much about winning the playoffs. Paul George and Kawhi have been proving what they are for this team for 4 years. Ty Lue hit the nail with this one: "we don't have a (on court) leader"

Larden and Westbrick playing together for the THIRD time in their careers they better at least make it to the WCF

Rockets Harden would be a little more helpful to this Clippers. Current Harden, Clippers wouldn't get anywhere. Oh maybe a playoffs spot but that's about it. Kawhi has to carry all them asses again

I think the issues are ultimately coaching is bad, and they’re not in the same tier as the other contenders. I’d honestly put them in that Pelicans, Cavs, Knicks, Bucks bracket where they might win a series, but they’re not beating the true contenders

We're watching the second coming of the 2000 portland trail blazers and wondering why they're failing? Why do you think? This is a team of old players high in skill but obviously past their prime. A bunch of injury prone old timers gathered up to pretend like they're contenders, nothing more. First round exit, and I'll be shocked if they're not.
