Check for vitamin deficiencies, consult a dermatologist to see if hair follicles are dead or dormant, for dryness try an avocado-egg-honey-banana mask, if damaged by heat try the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask, for regrowth within 6 months try Rosemary Essential Oil diluted in water and placed in a spray bottle daily or as it suits your scalp (also removes dandruff), if you wear an under-cap for Hijab try the Grace Eleyae Adjustable Slap Satin-Lined Cap, sleep on time, use the right shampoo - there's also two in one conditioning shampoos like the Oribe CLEANSING CRÈME FOR MOISTURE & CONTROL, incorporate hair beneficial foods into your diet - for example protein found in yogurt, consider taking biotin, etc. Disclaimer - I share what has worked well with me in the last 6 months in getting thicker and healthier hair. Try a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, and deep condition your hair!! And use less heat on it

@@selly6147 have you tried hair mousse? I always put a big glob onto my hair, brush it down with a fine bristle brush, tie it into a bun or ponytail and fix everything with hairspray, stays all day 😊
