Good job and research. I learned things ( the correct interpretation ) of alcoholic drinks in Scripture.

We have no way of knowing what percentage of alcohol was in wine because we didn't live in those days.

That is true we may not know the exact percentage. However we can use history to get a rough estimate, which is what Bro. Tyler does here

Plenty of scripture and stories of people getting drunk. So yeah, it had plenty of alcohol. If you’ve ever made your own wine at home you would know how foolish it is to think it wasn’t just as strong as what’s regulated today.

Give me one verse in the Bible where it says you can’t have an occasional drink, NOT get drunk. People can twist the Bible to support their ideals, this is one big reason I’m nondenominational. Love God and Love your neighbor, repent & be baptized to receive the Holy Spirit…yea it’s literally that simple…anything else is man made.

Bro. Tyler is NOT saying anything that corrupts the Gospel! Nothing he says is man made but straight out of the Bible. The Bible does not say anything good about alcohol. Sure it does not say “thou shalt not have an occasional drink” or anything but there’s so many verses (which is the whole message here) that you use to conclude not to drink alcohol.

@@LAMVBC “You cause the grass to grow for the livestock and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth and wine to gladden the heart of man, oil to make his face shine and bread to strengthen man’s heart” (Psalm 104:14-15) the Lord “will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a feast of well-aged wine, of rich food full of marrow, or aged wine will refined” (Isaiah 24:6). “spend the money for whatever you desire-oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your appetite craves. And you shall eat there before the Lord your God and rejoice, you and your household” (Deuteronomy 14:26). Proverbs 3:9-10 states that when we honor the Lord with our wealth and with the firstfruits of our land, “then your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats will be bursting with wine.” Repeatedly wine is listed among the abundant blessings God promises to Israel if they keep His covenant (Deuteronomy 7:13; 11:14; 33:28)
