They do actually. Although it's not certain whether Elpis (hope) and Eleos (mercy) are children of Nyx or not.

Corredtion : Eris is not Daughter of Erebus, she is the Daughter of Nyx making affair with Ares... But however, Erebus was not like Jealous Hera who massacre all Zeus's affair, he was still gentle with his step Daughter...

actually she isn't. nyx was loyal to erebus and had children with him or on her own. depending who's telling the story, eris is either nyx's or zeus and hera's.
