The Childish Mentality Hindering Property Sales in Nakuru, Change or Perish!
This message goes to those property agents and marketers who refuse to share details of a property this one foolish reason; fear of another person meeting the real owner or developer.
Come to think of it, the developer has interacted with so many people from start to finish, including masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, engineers, architects, etc. But when the project is complete and handed over to the agent, the agent 'owns' it, never wanting to share the details with other realtors and marketers.
This is childish on the very least and we cannot progress as a city with this kind of mentality.
Change or perish.

Very frustrating, you can’t even talk to bosses, hata phone number huwezi patiwa. I even wondered if this bosses are scary but on meeting them you realize they are open minded people shida ni hawa middlemen.
That's a broker koz anataka kukulia huge percentage that's how greedy brokers operate, he's been driven by greediness...
